This is the sushi spot you've been looking for. They've got big portions, low prices, and delicious & fresh ingredients. Skip the grocery store sushi and stop by Sushi Kyotoya. Pictured: 8pc Kona Roll.

From the time you approach the window you can sense the authenticity of the place and food. The lady is so welcoming and she speaks very little English which makes it even better than the average sushi shop. We enjoyed the sushi combo spicy tuna with the eel and avocado roll. This place is simply a little gem hidden in a shopping center

Great little sushi walk-up/takeout shop. Every time we’re in the area we stop in for a quick meal or snack. Super authentic, fresh, etc. and priced right. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Japanese family run business, consistently large rolls, great flavor, good price, great service, super kind, been going to them for over a decade.

Never gotten any bad sushi from them in years of going for quick lunch pickups, takeout dinner platters, and bigger orders. Affordable, unpretentious, and tasty. Recommend calling ahead, because it's just two people making all the food and running the phone/window. Cash only!

It may not look like much, but the sushi is excellent! Make sure to check the hours, it’s a small shop run by a couple and while they work hard, they’re not there all the time. My favorites are their tamago and the all veggie rolls, but that’s because I am limited to vegetarian options. I’ve been told the fish is excellent!

Great for place to grab sushi to go. I had the spicy tekka, kona, and maki roll and they they were all great quality for the price. There were two tables outside if you want to eat there but this place is best if you’re looking to take out or eat in the car.

I've been eating here since I was a kid. Hasn't changed and is still as amazing as it always was. Basic window, no dine in, some outside tables and chairs (limited). Sushi is more authentic (no sauce or americanized toppings). Super fresh and super ono. 💗

Nice little shop, doesn't have tons of options but that means what they do offer is extremely good. Ahi is the main actually raw seafood, and it's great, but so is the unagi and squid.

The kona rolls were so good! They give you a ton of tuna and avocado, the rolls are pretty large

Really good. Large portions, lots of fresh fish, good pricing. Only downside is cash only but def worth it.
