We reached there around 7pm it was late , a guy welcomed us and showed us 2 huts, most of them were empty but anyways we liked it and asked for the price and he is said final we'll give it for 8k per night, we were looking to bargain a bit but even 8k was ok for us as it was late and didn't want to move further after traveling alot that day. Meanwhile he called his so called manager having a hammer in his hand fixing something with no clue how to talk and welcome customers. And he said i wont give it for 8k even 10k is final or you can leave. This post is not about money but how can you increase rate when one of you has already said less. We stayed in a better hotel for 10k with welcoming staff, i told him that I'll write detailed review on this

We had a fantastic experience at Syed's place, which was perfect for a family vacation. Each room was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The attached washrooms in each room had 24/7 hot water availability, ensuring convenience for everyone. The staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable, with Syed himself being a great host. They made arrangements for tours, food, and other amenities without any pressure for tips. The location was convenient and well-connected to surrounding areas. The food was good, and the BBQ was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The presence of 24x7 armed security provided a sense of safety throughout our time there. Overall, I rate the experience a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend contacting Syed's place directly for bookings.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect spot for summers, gets a bit too cold for comfort in the winters. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best of all, 4g connectivity is great here. No wifi but that remains a Kalam issue. Worth visiting for a different experience.

The staff was very hospitable and polite. They didn’t pester for any tips and were very forthcoming relating to arrangements of tours, food and any other amenities. It is recommended to directly contact them through their given number for booking. Location, hot water showers, camp fire, live bbq, 24x7 armed security and the ambience 10/10

Wonderful place. Sitting in the ushu forest in 🌙 moonlight was amazing. It's located about 2 minutes drive from main bazar of kalam. One can reach there on your own car. Very energetic staff. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Washroom is fine with 24 hour hot water. Breakfast is inclusive. Safe place to be there with family. We loved it. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are so beautiful and view is amazing. The staff are so hospitable and cooperative as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Kalam
