One of the best hotels in Kalam. Service was exceptional. Rooms were as clean as they could be. A good electricity backup. Much recommended for families as well.

Very well kept and maintained rooms but with a few caveats, a few taps were leaky and the hotel looks to be a bit understaffed and the cleanliness of bedsheets and bedding can be improved. Due to no power in Kalam there are a few power cuts but the hotel has great backup power. Overall a great experience

Hotel is okay but supply of hot water is a constant pain. Room heating is limited. They don't have their own kitchen and they get food from outside. Location is good and the view, excellent.

Rooms were good. Parking was spacious. Service was good. But no dining hall and no food. Staff is cooperative. Location is average.

It is a great place to stay with family and friends. The management is very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed their hospitality.

Hi, Came from UNITED KINGDOM, was looking for a hotel for our standards that we stay in uk this hotel from start of our stay til our last day the service we got was second to none very very good and the hotel rooms were very very clean and even the hotel owner was very polite, very nice and very very helpful in every matters and the questions we asked him he went well beyond and far to help us out and the rooms are very clean I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future will stay again and thanks so much for the warm welcome our families loved the stay at your holiday inn thanks again 5 stars!!!

I visited a lot of hotels but holiday inn kalam are extra-classic. Here the environment is very neat and clean. Every facilities are available here. Wide parking area, Hot water , 24hrs generator, Electronic heaters are available. I highly recommend all of You to visit this Luxury hotel
