The building for the Königsberg manufacturer Honkamp, ​​owner of "Herwig, Zach & Honcamp", was erected in the neo-Baroque style from 1903 to 1905 according to the design of the architect Friedrich Heitmann. Architectural features of the object: middle pediment, oval dormer windows, relief garland on the corner of the building, semicircular winter garden, balcony. Currently, the building houses kindergarten No. 14. By Decree of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region dated March 23, 2007 No. 132, the Honkamp Villa received the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance.

In general, the whole of Kaliningrad is very beautiful, all the buildings have their own history and “soul”! Walking along it and enjoying the views, it can’t be explained until you feel it! It’s also easy to breathe here after the big cities, and life becomes, even if you don’t come here for a long time, measured and calm!
