Ребенка готовлю к операции! Нужны срочно анализы крови. Созвонился обговорить возможность , сроки и стоимость. Получил ответ. Сумма меня устраивала и сроки тоже. Но!!!!! Когда пришли на прием цена оказалась в три раза больше! В три раза! Вы издеваетесь?! Что за отношение? Как итог - кто компенсирует мое затраченое время? и нервы? Никогда больше к вам не обращусь и рекламу вам буду делать достойную вашего отношения!

Ужасное место. Не советую совершенно. К терапевту не попасть. Зашли к алле викторовне - никого нет, но по экстренному не приняла. Здесь нет врачей, здесь только овощи, которым нужны деньги. Никакой клятвы видимо и не давали. Нормально ей сидеть и пить чай, когда можно было принять человека. Пинают от одного к другому. Никакой ответственности нет, а о человечности и речи быть не может.

Отвратительно. Районная поликлиника-стайл. Записала ребёнка к доктору на 14.00 взять справку для школы и отправить на урок . В итоге 14.23 только зашли , и конечно уже везде опоздали дальше . Почему во всех медицинских центрах нормальных!! предупреждают что приём у доктора задерживается ! Если бы я хотела просидеть в очереди перед кабинетом пол часа ( мы пришли заблаговременно, уважая чужое время и своё) , я бы отправилась в районную поликлинику .

30.08.2021дозванивался в Медэксперт. Первый оператор ответил через 6 минут, затем она перевела меня на телефон Лефорта, 12, где спокойно положили трубку и забыли о моём существовании. После ожидания 5 минут прекратил звонок. Общая сложность "общения" составила 12 минут. Перезвонил вторично, перевели на Лефорта, 12. Пообщался с сотрудником регистратуры. Общая продолжительность второго звонка составила 10 минут. Как говорится "театр начинается с вешалки", можно провести аналогию и с данным медицинским учреждением.

Не понимаю откуда столько негативных отзывов. В регистратуре очереди практически нет. Никто не хамил,все быстро и четко. Замечательный врач-офтальмолог принял нас даже раньше назначенного времени. После посещения эмоции только положительные

We went to the surgeon for a bandage, for the first time we paid 2600₽ for the appointment and bandage, for this amount we could also change the elastic mesh bandage * at the same appointment we were told to buy a drug for burns, bring it to the next appointment.. okay! The next appointment (dressing) replacement of the bandage and treatment with furatsilin + our own drug Olazol* also did not replace the elastic mesh bandage.. the cost of the dressing was 1000₽ The cost of the dressing includes all the necessary medications and dressing materials.. or I don’t understand something somewhere.. when asked where this cost comes from, given that the drug was purchased at one’s own expense, the answer is.. we don’t have such a drug.. Пришла сдавать анализ крови на ковид. Мало того,что вместо экспресс теста заказали тест,который делается 3 рабочих дня. На след день, утром, в личном кабинете появились результаты об отрицатеном результате. Я сделала скриншот и отправила знакомому врачу и успокоилась, что это не ковид,хотя состояние уже было близкое к тому чтобы вызвать врача. Через несколько часов зашла в личный кабинет опять-а результат ИСЧЕЗ. Я звоню администраторам-а они мне-"Вам привидилось"!! Пришла,показала, подали плечами и сказали быть такого не могло. К слову сказать, уже прошло три рабочих дня,результат до сих пор не пришёл. Да и веры этой лаборатории нет никакой.

The attitude of doctors is simply disgusting. I have never met such a detached doctor as therapist Kim. A nightmare. We came to donate blood with a small child (1 month). They were unable to take blood from a vein. I determined the cause of the pain and advised what needs to be done! After 2 hours the child came to life! Thank you very much for your experience and knowledge!
