Ужасная картошка фри. Не прожареная, вся в масле с кислинкой. Совершенно не хрустящая. В местном ростере в разы лучше. Отвратительно.

Испортилась картошка, раньше была намного лучше, сейчас вечно приносят вялой и пересоленной. В целом не так плохо. Часто бывает переполнено, мест почти всегда не хватает. За столики людям приходится биться, пора открывать новую точку. Заказы вроде приходится не так долго ждать, в зависимости от загруженности заведения, но это нормально.

Задолбали, постоянно недокладывают заказы! Как за маленькими нужно проверять заказ, и вот ты как дурачок стоишь и проверяешь пакеты.. И вроде бы хочется поставить 5 звезд, готовят быстро и вкусно! Но! Сервиса ноль, и по сути из-за того что недокладываю, получается что не дешёво у них!

Точь в точь как в макдональдс, только упаковка другая. Очень вкусно! Но картошка фри пару штук были пережарены.

Я бы не поставила даже единицы! Во-первых, не понятео , как соблюдается очередь на готовую еду, полный беспорядок.Люди, пришедшие в заведение ждут целый час свой заказ, в вторых, не обозначены места для пожилых и инвалидов. Мне лично, возрастному человеку с проблемами в суставах, пришлось ждать заказ 40 минут!!!!! Лальше еще хуже, места поблизости к стойке все щаняты молодежью, на ливанах лежат большие рюкзаки, сумки, а ивалиду сесть некуда!!! Я села на крпешек одного диванчика, который был свободен, но пришла пара молодая и Особь мужского пола начал меня выгонять с этого места. Я подвинулась к окну, продолжая трапезу молча, но меня обршился поток брани с попыткой рукоприкладства с угрозами вылить кофе на мою "башку!!!! И льшь вызвав полицию, которая не приехала, он снизил агрессию, но оскорбления продолжил. Вместо громкой музыки в заведении, лучше бы обеспечили порядок, и культуру обслуживания.Кстати ,пыталась поговорить с администратором, но не дождалась, как говорится, и о полиции и об администрации, "приходите тетя, когда умрете"... А еще страшнее в этой ситуации , вся это история присходила на глазах дочки этой Особи лет 8-ми!!!

Сотрудникам 5 они работают . А вот начальству 1. Табло заказов не работет, терминал заказов не работает нормально. Сотрудников мало для такой загруженности. Может начальству не стоит экономить на сотрудниках ????? Ждать заказы больше 40минут и больше .
