The clinic is ordinary, no worse and no better than others in Kaliningrad. And this despite the basement. They try to maintain order. Doctors appointment. Different. And the attitude is different. But on calls there is some recurring strangeness. In the absence of a diagnosis and culture results, antibiotics are prescribed. Out of the blue, so to speak. And this despite the fact that viruses are rampant all around! What don’t they teach in medical schools now, that viruses can’t be treated with antibiotics? Gobble up all the antibiotics at once! Or did a new order from the Ministry of Health pass, like now viruses will die from antibiotics? You tell me, we will understand. Since medicine is run by people who are far from it, rather by businessmen, there should be an abundance of similar orders...

I would like to suggest that the Ministry of Health try to call clinic number 3 in Kaliningrad. Maybe they can do it.

Rudeness and derogatory attitude from my aunt in the emergency room. I sympathize with people who have to apply for sick leave and communicate with this “specialist”. There is eternal confusion at the reception: the doctor says one thing, the receptionist says something else.

I got sick with Covid-19, they didn’t give me medicine. She asked to open an electronic sick leave, and the doctor opened a paper one. Nobody controlled my condition. They did not ask about family members, their condition, etc. When the sick leave was closed, I didn’t even get into the doctor’s office. No one checked my health, but simply discharged me. I asked about a medical examination after a Covid illness, they said make an appointment with a therapist (and I want to undergo a medical examination since I have chronic diseases). I asked where I could get some kind of document stating that I had been ill, and they also told me to make an appointment with the doctor.

There is no order at the reception. The hotel is open. The queues are kilometer long. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. Patients with fever and being discharged all intersect. I called the doctor through the call center, no one came, they called from the clinic - come yourself! Service - 100 points
