Awful service. No English speaking waiters. Only one, who wasn't our waiter... Drinks (which was only 1 bottle of wine) were brought 30 min after and order and after we asked for it twice. They brought food after 1 hr without a notice, and they bring dishes one by one every 20 min. So I finished my food, then 20 min later, my friend got hers, then 20 min later I got my snack (yes, first I got my main course). After this "dinner", we went for dessert and cocktails to nearby restaurant Torro Grill, which was AMAZING for everything. Really recommend to visit this grill restaurant (and it is not expensive as it looks).

Great bar food and some staple dishes. Good for celebrating with large companies. The food was perfect. Got filled up on the starters because they were good! The desserts are very creative. Very unique selection of teas! Staff was excellent

Very nice place! Good food, perfect service! Better to book a table in advance to make sure you will be sitted. As for dishes, I strongly recommend you to order just one dish - plates are quite big. Cheesecake is wonderful! Definitely the best one in town.

Nice place, good view. Personnel lack the training - morning, there 7-8 waiters (too much I think) - but they are hiding from guests. Waitress Viktorya - when you say Доброе утро- answers - А разве оно доброе? (Good morning - the answer - what is so good about it?). The rest in the same manner - we have nothing for breakfast (though they have sandwiches and etc) Kick out that girl with such an attitude- and 4* is yours.

As for Eastern Europe, the customer service is well and the food is cheaper than what I would pay in the states by a third. Make sure you tip your server, it will go a long way here in Kaliningrad, safe travels everyone.

The worst service in this paradise of a region: it feels like hostesses’ job is to deflect incoming crowds. Would never come here again
