Nice,clean and clear service as in all regular SAS hotels . All good - service,staff,food.But the location is not that nice as it can be in this city.

If you want to enjoy shopping, restaurants, or cafes, then this hotel is perfect for you for its location. But if you want to enjoy the tourist spot and iconic places of Kaliningrad, better to choose another place. Hotel is perfectly splendid. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staffs.

Average at best. Given its location and star rating, one would expect more. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have some form of a strong bond with Radisson - Accor or IHG offer better bang for a buck in Kaliningrad. However, I'd you need to be in the city centre then this Radisson is really hard to beat.

Pros: great rooms with everything you may need - flat screen TVs, coffee machines, baths, etc. Very nice breakfast and excellent location in the city center, next to the main square. Feel secure with guarded parking area under the hotel. One shopping centre is connected to the hotel, the other is 100m away. Cons: fitness area separate from the hotel, no spa/pool or saunas. People tend to smoke in the hotel lobby and main restaurant.

Great Hotel with first class service.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is within walkibg distance of most of the tourist attractions and night life. The rooms are very comfortable with the staff very willing and helpful to make your stay perfect.
