We didn't go on the tour because we were here on Monday. But we were allowed to wander around the ship itself, because we rented a cabin here for the night. Yes, you can stay here overnight if you make a reservation in advance. And, let me tell you, my pants are full of impressions! This childish delight of being allowed to climb where you usually can’t and, of course, the very fact that you are spending the night in the cabin of a real ship, and even a museum exhibit.

We went on a tour at 16:00 in the engine room, which was closed to other visitors. We looked at everything - the main diesel engine, control station, generators, air compressors, propeller shaft, workshops, spare parts... And all this with a great story. The excursion took 1 hour. Then inspection of the main exhibition.

The fact that the Museum of the World Ocean must be visited is not even discussed. But I like boats most of all.)) This year we went to Vityaz (his years that end in 9 are full of anniversaries). I advise you to take a tour (and no audio guides, friends took it in depth, they didn’t really like it)! You pay for an emotionally inspiring educational tour and then you can walk around the ship as much as you want. The duration of our excursion was almost an hour and a half! So the couple who were then going to see Patsayev barely had time. And they were then allowed to return to Vityaz.) This is what I understand! Unfortunately, we were unable to book a cabin; everything was booked for the holidays in May.

I definitely recommend it when visiting the Museum of the World Ocean. intuitive viewing begins on the deck and, going right through the interior of this scientific vessel, ends in the control room. a lot of exhibits and a minimum of remakes for true connoisseurs of terrible museums!

(Translated by Google) From the reviews I learned that here, it turns out, you can spend the night. It seemed to me that this is the most interesting part of the Museum of the World Ocean. The way the ship was in before the restoration is impressive, photos and videos of the exposition will show all this.

"Vityaz" is a research vessel on which there are exhibitions dedicated to the history of geographical discoveries and shipping, many historical interiors have been restored, along which you can walk for a very long time, looking at everything, reading and photographing (there is an audio guide). An amazing excursion on which we spent over THREE hours; The ship amazes with its scale!!! A great opportunity to learn many interesting historical facts, communicate with real sailors and generally have a good time. I am sure that everyone will find something interesting and useful on this excursion. I recommend =)

A guided tour is a must. Some parts of the ship may not look authentic, however the stories behind it are stunning and countless.

It is worth visiting and seeing what life was like on a ship several dozen years ago. The sightseeing route takes you through several rooms on the ship and various exhibitions. In my opinion, one of the best items in the entire museum.

Lived for 4 days, Booked from Booking.com, 2000rub per night, It was a good experience. The washrooms,Toilet, kitchen, room everything was good, neat and clean. But the only drawback was the wifi, The connection was very weak and the speed is also very slow. Otherwise all positive. And in addition to the stay you get a complimentary free visit to the ship's museum.

If you have ever dreamed of leaving everything and going somewhere into the seas and oceans, reading Jules Verne, or watching a documentary about great travelers, then you will be interested in this ship. The main thing is to come on days when the whole ship is open for visiting, not just the deck!
