Very good value for money. You have free access to the SPA. They were kind to store our bicycles safely in the basement.

HOTEL KAISERHOF in Königsberg / Kaliningrad seems to be the best 4-star-hotel in town which excels by the outstanding central and perfect location on the river bank of the Pregel as well as a really good spa (two saunas, one hamam, salt water pool, whirlpool, pool bar, full massage programme). Breakfast and service are good. The staff is only at the reception English speaking but very committed. In general it is clean and managed professionally, but leaves the impression of a 1990s style interior design (which may be still up to date for "Kaliningrad"). In case you stay in town, book here!

Not really a 4 star hotel imho. I would give it 3+. But a very good SPA complex and decent conference facilities.

nice hotel with great rooms. Friendly and english speaking staff. The spa is not realy clean otherwise 5*
