I’ve only been practicing for 2 months, but during this time the Yoga Institute has given me lightness in my body. I always went to sports with the burden that I had to exercise again so that my body would be flexible and young, when I came to the Institute I ran to classes, thanks to our mentors.

The Yoga Institute became my home. I go there, like to a river, to gain strength and connect with myself.
