At about 6 p.m., when the pain in my back was already making me feel bad, I approached the nurse with a request to see her, more people arrived with coupons, and for 3 p.m., 4 p.m., i.e. they were late. But I was refused and told to “wait.” Those. Patients who come for a consultation on voluntary medical insurance or for a fee are not considered as people; they can wait endlessly, regardless of their well-being. The system where you have to come for a coupon in the morning or before 4 pm, and then wait outside the office door for an unknown amount of time with an unknown result is humiliating, disgusting, complete disrespect for patients. I do not recommend visiting this establishment to anyone.
