Today
I
had
an
appointment
with
dentist
Egorova
Tamara
Akindinovna
at
the
Stomik
dentistry
on
Bagrationa
66.
The
impression
was
terrible.
I
came
there
to
treat
my
teeth
under
the
compulsory
medical
insurance
policy,
because...
This
dentistry
states
on
its
official
website
that
it
provides
services
under
the
compulsory
medical
insurance
policy,
and
when
making
an
appointment
in
advance,
I
asked
if
I
could
treat
a
tooth
under
the
compulsory
medical
insurance
policy,
briefly
explained
my
problem,
I
was
assured
that
all
this
could
be
done
within
the
compulsory
medical
insurance
policy.
Before
going
to
the
appointment,
I
called
the
TFOMS
and
clarified
whether
any
dental
treatment
is
included
in
the
compulsory
medical
insurance,
or
if
there
are
any
exceptions,
they
assured
me
that
within
the
compulsory
medical
insurance
it
is
possible
to
treat
any
tooth,
regardless
of
the
degree
of
neglect.
As
a
result,
at
the
appointment,
Tamara
Akindinovna,
having
examined
my
teeth,
sent
me
for
x-rays
of
two
teeth
and
immediately
stated
that
these
teeth
do
not
qualify
for
compulsory
medical
insurance,
because
It
was
too
complicated
a
case,
since
both
teeth
had
to
be
unfilled,
treated,
the
canals
cleaned
and
filled
again,
and
an
abscess
had
formed
on
one
of
the
teeth
near
the
roots.
And
at
the
same
time
she
told
me
the
price
of
paid
treatment
for
these
teeth
in
the
region
of
7,500
rubles.
In
the
X-ray
office,
I
had
the
same
tooth
taken
three
times,
because
the
employee
in
this
office
could
not
install
the
sensor
so
that
the
entire
tooth
would
be
included
in
the
image,
as
you
understand,
this
is
additional
radiation
that
I
was
forced
to
receive
against
my
own
will.
In
general,
I
was
denied
dental
treatment;
I
did
not
make
a
fuss
and
defend
my
rights.
And
in
order
not
to
leave
with
absolutely
nothing,
she
asked
me
to
at
least
do
a
hygienic
cleaning
of
my
teeth,
of
course
on
a
paid
basis,
because...
This
procedure
is
really
not
included
in
compulsory
medical
insurance.
They
did
the
cleaning
for
me,
although
several
times
I
had
to
double-check
Tamara
Akindinovna’s
work,
which
was
paid,
mind
you,
and
point
out
those
places
that
she
had
not
sufficiently
treated
and
where
there
was
an
obvious
plaque,
but
she
did
everything
with
grief.
As
a
result,
at
the
checkout
they
billed
me
for
x-rays
of
2
teeth,
each
for
300
rubles.
and
for
brushing
your
teeth.
I
said
that
I
would
pay
for
the
cleaning,
but
I
wouldn’t
pay
for
the
x-ray,
because
the
TFOMS
told
me
that
this
procedure
is
also
included,
like
dental
treatment
itself,
in
the
compulsory
medical
insurance,
but
they
themselves
refused
me
treatment,
so
I
shouldn’t
pay
for
x-rays.
Of
course,
they
were
very
unhappy
and
for
some
reason
demanded
that
the
printed
photographs
be
returned
to
them,
but
in
the
end
I
only
paid
for
cleaning.
This
is
how
we
have
free
healthcare
(And
paid
healthcare
leaves
much
to
be
desired...
