Второе посещение спустя 4 года было сегодня: 1 час прождала очередь к врачу (платно), позже врач не нашла мою мед.карту и отправила заново отстаивать очередь в кассу за картой(первоночально отстояла 20 минут). В итоге вынуждена была просто уйти т.к.врача не волновала моя просьба помочь сделать карту без очереди повторной, а на кассе было около 25 человек (медкомиссия какого-то производства и обычные клиенты), ШОК ЭТО ВСЁ, что можно сказать о данном месте.

Никогда не обращайтесь в Новомед!!!!! Ужасное отношение!!! Нужна только оплата!!! Не помогут, не вылечат, не услышат... Дозвониться в регистратору не возможно! Зав.глав врача грубит. В лечении отказано ( даже прикреплённым по ОМС). Никому не советую!!!
