    Don't be fooled by villamas' marketing gimmicks. The end product is far off than what's promised. Designs are not conducive for long term use, sub-par contractors and materials, and tonnes of bs excuses. If you want to live with 'excitement' every rainy day, pls go ahead and purchase their product. Confirm you will enjoy the amazing leakage and water seepage all year long!

    This developer's Marketing strategy is good but After-Market is bad. Previous project didn't deliver what has been promised. None of the management willing to meet up for solutions. If wanted to rebuild the repo, first to gain trust and respect from your existing customer. Nowadays, Home buyer and investor are not stupid anymore.

    Can't give very specific comment, since it is still under construction project. In term of location wise, it is 2 min away from MRT2.

    The location is so good. If developer follow the plan, this will be a good place to stay or rental. Just nearby the MRT, shop, Supermarket, and also a mini zoo. This will be great place. Hope developer can doing well with this project.

    Really not worth....Price around RM400k plus but only one car parking.....here in Melaka RM300k can get 2Bed2Bath condo with two car parking

    Walking distance to MRT Putra Permai. A good place to stay or rent. Nearby to commercial center and also access highway.

    Don't buy, Developers like AhLong, Banks pay late and charge Late Payment Interest 20K on the buyer. In the case of the wrong developer. The developer and the solicitor i.e. extension of the project's completion (Grace Period from 36 to 52 months) caused the bank to change the LO. There have been 3 buyers who borrowed with MBSB. Only 74 years left. Which mall? Which bridge? Be careful not to be like me.
