Staying
on
the
16th
floor-block
B
since
October
2019,
with
great
view
of
the
lake.
Supermarket,
shops,
other
conveniences
&
LRT
stations
are
reachable
within
minutes
by
car.
However,
we
have
encountered
a
neighbor
from
HELL
directly
above
our
unit
whereby
we
have
consistently
disturbed
by
loud
stomping
&
heavy
impact
noises.
This
noise
disturbance
starts
from
late
morning
to
afternoon,
and
it
continues
from
evening
until
1am
to
2am,
everyday
for
7
days
a
week!
It
seemed
like
the
occupant
upstairs
like
to
move
all
the
heavy
furniture
in
their
unit
every
minute
of
the
day
and
night!
All
the
recordings
&
complaints
were
formally
lodged
via
management
office
&
we
have
even
lodged
a
police
report
out
of
desperation
and
the
feeling
of
hopelessness.
Yet
the
noise
disturbance
started
in
October
2019
and
it
has
not
stopped
since
and
lasted
until
today.
We
are
unable
to
have
a
good
sleep
at
night
or
abruptly
woken
up
in
the
middle
on
the
night,
hence
it
has
also
affected
our
focus
in
workplace
and
our
physical
&
mental
health.
The
noise
was
also
heard
and
witnessed
by
management
office
personnel
during
daytime
as
our
unit
practiced
an
open
door
policy
for
anybody
in
the
neighborhood
who
would
like
to
have
a
listen
of
the
heavy
stomping
&
impact
noises.
The
management
office
personnel
proceed
to
notify
the
occupant
upstairs,
and
miraculously
the
noise
stopped
immediately.
This
has
concluded
the
normal
assumptions
given
to
us
which
sounds
like
"maybe
the
noise
is
supernatural"
or
"is
there
anybody
besides
both
of
you
can
hear
or
verify
the
noise"?.
How
can
the
noise
be
supernatural
as
the
source
is
clearly
from
upstairs,
whereby
we
can
hear
it
from
our
functional
ears
within
the
enclosed
space
of
around
1,000
square
feet.
Yes,
we
ourselves,
security
guards,
management
office
personnel,
member
of
management
committee
and
even
police
(twice)
have
"encountered"
the
occupant
of
17th
floor-block
B.
Again,
it
is
not
a
supernatural
incident
nor
a
manifestation
of
evil
spirits
as
the
occupant
consist
of
earthly
human
entity.
We
respect
and
fully
obliged
the
established
house
rules
&
guidelines.
We
are
constantly
aware
and
careful
of
our
movement
within
our
unit
to
ensure
minimum
sound
is
being
generated,
to
be
a
considerate
fellow
neighbor
and
a
generally
good
human
being.
Ultimately,
we
just
want
to
live
comfortably
in
our
own
home.
Is
it
too
much
for
the
occupant
of
17th
floor-block
B
to
follow
house
rules
&
guidelines?
In
the
quest
of
searching
for
some
peace
&
quiet
time
from
the
perpetrator,
my
wife
have
to
stand
in
front
of
17th
floor-block
B
occupant
and
to
endure
the
insult
&
accusations
that
was
hurled
towards
her
such
as
"i
have
not
met
with
such
low
class
Malaysians"
and
"both
of
you
(myself
&
my
wife)
are
3rd
class
Malaysians".
My
wife
was
taken
aback
by
those
words
and
it
is
utterly
disgusting
to
hear
such
remarks
in
our
own
country
and
as
fellow
Malaysians.
Unbelievable.
Karma
will
come
to
you
the
occupant
of
17th
floor-block
