Newly built. Clean place. Beautiful interior and surrounding area. But congested like. Friendly staff and fast service. Parking facilities not satisfactory and not secured. Not much indoor activities. Food delicious. But not much varieties.

Clean room, I loved the homemade food that the host cooked. It was delicious! He was so friendly and kind. There’s a small balcony that views the street, which is a peaceful place to spend time at night. The only thing I hated was the bugs. It’s not their fault though, close the window when you sleep, or bring bugs spray so you don’t get baited by insects as me lol.

Double room was on the small side, but there is a spacious terrace with a nice view. The owner is friendly, and coffee served with breakfast is much better than at other places I've been in Sri Lanka. It alsi borders on the city park, so close your windows because of monkeys.

Bad Experience from start to end. There is no parking space and you have to park beside the road. Not pleasant as pictures. Congested building. Rooms are like on the roads. Not quite at all. Neither no view. Staff doesn’t seems take any responsibility. I booked the hotel in BB basic. But Receptanist said that he was informed as bed only and he couldn’t provide us breakfast. I request him to try and let me know at the night. But nothing informed and next day morning he said only bread is available for breakfast. So we had to leave without breakfast. irresponsible staff I rarely see. Not recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The host is an old Uncle who was very helpful and sweet, and the place is taken care by Mahesh, who was really nice to us all the time. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms were a bit small though, and they don't clean it everyday unless we ask them too. However, I completely loved the neatness and how maintained they had kept it. Uncle was very helpful and good to talk to, and they gave us good breakfast which started with a filling fruit platter for each person everyday.

Excellent service. Small budget hotel, simple rooms but very clean. No food service in hotel. Breakfast was decent and was especially prepared for us. If you are looking for a budget hotel camarin is highly recommended.

Nice and clean accommodation in Kandy, 15min walking to the lake. The room was well furnished and clean. The man who runs the hotel was very helpful and kind with me. A bit noisy at night because of street dogs.

No parking available. Have to park vehicles at the side of the road. I stayed in a double bedded superior room which is the highest priced double bedded room in this place. It was a small room with only enough space for the double bed. No cusioned chairs as shown in pictures. Rooms are not sound proof. I could hear all the noises in sorrounding rooms and the passage way. In order to reach rooms have to climb two narrow stair cases. No access for disabled or elderly. Owner is not genorous and seems to be only caring about the money not the people. No selection of food. Have to eat what the owner offers. Only good thing about this place is cleanliness.

Rooms are clean and modern. But somehow I had the unpleasant feeling that the welcoming smile was fake and that apart from my dollars, no much more was welcome. Yet the room was fine and location ok if you are not afraid to walk a little bit. Wifi signal was extremely weak. I would rather give an average 2.5 stars instead of 3.
