    Sat here for 15 minutes without being waited on. Finally got waited on… food took another 35 minutes just to come out wrong. Tried to eat it anyway.. tasted horrible. Workers spent more time on phones and talking about drama (loud enough where customers could hear) than actually working. Oh, but my waitress did give me a “complimentary” kids apple juice refill for my troubles. Lol. Waste your money here at your own risk.

    We love going to IHOP and having Gina Hernandez wait on us, she is so friendly and accurate and just makes our experience a joy. If our food ain’t right she will make it right and the food is great. Love IHOP

    Worst experience possible. Our waitress hardly ever came over to check on us. Right from the start we didn’t get the drinks we ordered and had to ask a different waitress for the right ones because we never saw our waitress much after sitting down. Then we asked to get more silverware because ours were covered in old food and dirty. The tables and walls around were covered in old plates and food and the tables were sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned. So they offered us plastic silverware because they didn’t want to roll any more silverware. Then our food came. The sirloin tips were one of the meals ordered with medium rare steak and medium eggs. The steak was cold, raw and hardly had any kind of sear on it. When we informed the different waitress from our own because they were the only one around they told us they would get a manager but never did. They eventually told us that meal was taken off the check. However, the chef was yelling at us from the kitchen about how he knows how to cook steak and it was perfectly fine as is and tried to refuse to comp the steak. We were there for over an hour and honestly wish we had never gone in the first place.

    This was an amazing experience! Gina was the best server I have ever had at this restaurant! Always smiling, delivered our taste food fast and was so kind! She does it all ASK FOR GINA!

    I will never never never order from this location again!! The only reason why I’ve ordered here frequently is because this is the closest location to my job for DoorDash. Its always missing food and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! But today was the last straw for me. They used the wrong cheese in my Colorado omelette and they packaged my order in Saran Wrap!!! Who does that? This location!! I tossed the whole order just for safety measures and took the lost but I will never never and I mean never order from this location again!! I will be reaching out to corporate.

    This place has seriously gone downhill! They are way understaffed and the employees are always arguing with one another. We waited about 45 minutes to receive our food and everything was cold, as if it had been sitting for a long time before being brought to us. Also, both of my boys ordered chicken and it was really burnt. While we were waiting, you could hear the kitchen staff yelling at the waitresses and refusing to make items when they were told that it was needed. Both boys asked for something different because it was inedible and my mom asked for her food to be remade because cold eggs and pancakes are gross. We waited another 45 minutes. During that time, I heard the kitchen staff saying they already made the food and wouldn't make it again. When we hadn't received anything, I asked for the manager because I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else. I didn't want to just walk out, because I did order drinks and wanted to at least pay for them. After about 20 minutes of waiting on the manager, another waitress came over and told us that the manager was on the phone and couldn't come talk to us, but that we could just leave and not worry about paying. It will be awhile before I go back.

    3 of us went after a concert at village park near by. Was not very busy took almost a hour for food and mine was wrong. I still tried to eat it because it took so long. When we received the bill I noticed the prices were higher than the menu. We were then informed that there is a special menu after 10:00 p.m. same exact items just apparently a higher price. But we were not given the "special" menu. My meal alone with the drink was $4 more than the menu I ordered off of. Spoke with manager who seem to be aggravated with me because I called them out on it. The lady that served us is also the one who sat us and gave us the menus to begin with. I will not be back to this location.

    They need new management who knows how to keep a restaurant stocked. No napkins. No lids for the to go containers no crepes and 9 other items not available. This is an issue with staff not ordering supplies. It isn't a shortage it is staff not doing their job. The waitress wasn't at fault for it however she is at fault for not speaking. The little bit she did talk, you couldn't hear her actual whisper. You should NOT be waiting tables if you can't communicate. This place was a joke. I'm surprised it is still in business though it won't be long before they close if they continue this way. Awful awful awful.

    The only reason and I Mean the only reason why I'm giving them 5 stars is because of the young lady who handled my carry out order. She was very pleasant and had great customer service. The Hostess was very UNHELPFUL and carried on like she didn't wanna be there. Very very sad. The order was definitely not portioned.We asked for grits and eggs with cheese and got a plate looking like it was meant for a 4year old.. Very dissatisfied!!

    Friendly service from waitress. Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge that we were there, before being seated. Food was not prepared to be eaten safely. ( cross contaminated, not using proper methods) eggs had burnt food , pans were used to cook something else.

    I flew in from being out of state, and all I wanted was some sweet pancakes and breakfast. My husband and I settled on this iHop in Cloverleaf Plaza. Around 5:45 pm, we were greeted well, sat, and got our drinks fairly quickly. The waitress/hostess took our orders. My husband’s drink ran dry in about 10 minutes, and we didn’t see our waitress/hostess for at least another 30 minutes. She eventually returned with a refill and informed me they had no cinn-a-stack pancakes. I asked for the NY cheesecake instead. 10 minutes later, she returns to say that option is also sold out. I ask for the chocolate chocolate chip, then. As she goes back, someone else brings out our food. I have a spoonful of burnt hashbrowns, my husband’s sirloin tips were tougher than shoe leather (he asked for medium rare), my pancakes are plain and hard as rocks, and to top it all off everything was cold. As if it had sat out for the past hour…. which it obviously did. I told the cook and waitress that we were not eating the food as it was disgusting. I was told, flippantly, that my food would get recooked. I denied this service and asked just to pay for my drinks. The waitress offered a supervisor, but I denied that too since I figured if a supervisor was present and saw this atrocity, it wouldn’t have come to my table in the first place. Any self respecting business would have let me leave without paying for anything. But I did offer to pay for our sweet teas. The total was $6.40. I handed over a $20 bill. She had to get change and left for about 5 minutes. I was given back $13, so I lost over an hour of my life (I was given my change at 7:10), was almost poisoned by out-of-temp food, and got stiffed $0.60. I would not have minded the wait (even though there was only one other two-top in the place) if the food was hot. But my husband could see the staff horsing around in the back; he saw who I assume to be the cook throw our waitress over his shoulder, and I felt as though I was perceived as being rude when the service and food I was willing to pay for when I walked in wasn’t even fit to feed to a dog. I don’t know what’s happening at this location, but I won’t be coming back, and I come here often with my mother for breakfast. It was absolutely awful. One star is more than this iHop deserves. We ended up going to the Waffle House down the road on Copperfield and got a nice, hot meal and amazing service.

    This is the 3rd mobile order for pickup they have messed up. We did not get our sides for our omelettes and they barely put any of the blueberries or cupcake mix in the pancakes. They will also not answer the phone when I try to get my order corrected. This place has gone so far downhill, at least when it comes to ordering ahead.

    Came in on a Sunday morning at 8:30. There were a few other customers. We were seated promptly and a waitress came right over. The service and the food was good. We did not wait long as others have complained, but this may have been to the time of day we were there. Gluten free pancakes were delicious.

    I ordered the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict, but they made the classic instead. When I told the waitress, she offered to bring me the correct ones, and I could keep the ones she had already brought out. Usually, restaurants will take the wrong orders and throw them in the trash. I declined that offer and just ate the ones already on the table. I was hungry. The offer of two for the price of one can't be beat, though. Even though it was technically wrong, that is still good service. The food still came out fast.

    Food was cold, and the waitress was too overwhelmed . Took long to take our order. Had other tables to help and they need more waitresses. Worse part was the food. Food was cold and the omelette needed more time for the veggies to cook. It was raw tasting. I would have liked it more sauteed. Even the cheese they put in the omelette was cold. I've had better there. Disappointed for a party of 5. I should have made my own eggs at home. Lesson learned for sure.

    this was the worst ihop experience i have ever had in my life. i’m swearing off ihop for at least 3 months due to this. my boyfriend ordered avocado toast with bacon and eggs (which were charged extra as separate sides rather than coming with the meal) and was given stale bread with sliced unseasoned avocado on top that was clearly rotten. it had black spots that he had to pick out. i ordered eggs benedict which is my favorite breakfast food and the ham tasted so old and funky that i couldn’t even eat it. the food tasted like cigarettes. the eggs were watery and bland and just gross. by the end of our meal we wanted to leave so bad that we didn’t even dispute the overcharged bacon and eggs. this ruined my day. do better, ihop.

    After a horrible door-dash delivery, I called IHOP regarding my order. The manager kindly offered to replace it. We went it and Melinda and Arie (and cook) assisted in getting our complete order replaced. The manager Wayne was friendly and kind to his staff (rare in many restaurants) and customers as we waited. The steak sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. I really appreciate the service and food.

    Met some friends for breakfast. First time eating at this location. The waitress was very friendly and made sure we had our drinks or any extras like ranch, food was prepared quite quick. Very filling for a decent price. Wasn't busy. The only complaint I had was that someone was seated behind me mid meal and kept pushing the back of our booth, which I did not expect to move so much.

    Had the best experience on a dinner date with my son! The manager Tonya is absolutely wonderful and 100% personable. They no longer had the Halloween pancake my son wanted but she still made him something similar with whipped cream and fruit! I believe our servers name was Anthony. For his first day he did a really good job and was so so sweet. Everything tasted great, looked great, and we had a great time. We will absolutely be returning!!!

    I have to say iHOP was my favorite until 1 month ago. I was eager to eat a salad and the pictures on the menu looked so nice. I know the product doesn’t necessarily need to look exactly the same, but it’s an example for the customer. I ordered a berries salad and there were not berries left. I changed my mind and ordered the chopped chicken salad. This salad didn’t have its best presentation. It looked like if they randomly put a bunch of vegetables and all done! The moment I saw it what I immediately thought was, I’ve wasted my money. It was missing the bacon, I asked for it and they added it. After leaving the place I figured it was also missing the avocado. I paid $15 for salad that basically had lettuce, tomatoes, onions and some chicken pieces. Please, for the future, serve what the dish includes and don’t make customers waste their money.

    Visited about a month ago and food was awful. Decided to give it another try. BLT had no mayo, crumbles of day old bacon and half green small piece of tomato. The onions rings were cold and had been soaking in grease. I actually squeezed grease out of one onto my plate. Don't waste your money on this place.

    Waitresses are great, service is always slow. Took an hour or more to get our food and it was edible but dry ( I got the breakfast sampler). I have eaten here multiple times and the food was better on other visits. Area was clean and so were the bathrooms.

    I will NEVER come back here again!!! We were immediately seated right away. But waited 15 minutes before we were greeted. After ordering our meal, my steak tips came out completely burned and my eggs were running off the plate. I received my pancakes and I received one half and one full pancake. After I sent it back, the server brought my check and placed it on the table before my food was returned. After checking my food again, it came out raw and eggs scrambled eggs running back to kitchen!!! Just awful!!

    Remodeled, everything now a brown instead of white, seems dimmer and darker. Menus we were given are falling apart. Lynette was our server, she was awesome. Super friendly, keep drinks refilled. Always checking on us without overly doing so. Best service I've gotten there.

    The atmosphere was very pleasant. I went in the morning for breakfast and coffee. It was quiet. The booths are fairly large with adequate spacing between them. I felt I had privacy even with others around. The menu is one page front and back. Like with everything, you will see a difference on the choices after the pandemic; however, I found the menu to still allow for variation in meals and includes all the favorites. Whatever they took off the menu must not have been that important to notice. I am sure all you have to do is request if you do not see an exact meal option that you chose in the past. I had a very nice experience.

    Food is almost always good and comforting. With covid the service has gone down a little though and things such as napkins plastic cutlery and no syrup bottles makes it a strange dining dining experience.

    the food was great but our waitress wasn't so much. She kept getting the order incorrect. She replaced our replacements with her choice. When asked she said oh they didnt have what you asked for so I gave you this. She even mixed up things like medium cooked eggs. I laid out how I wanted them she still got it wrong, providing me with fully cooked eggs and sunny side to my daughter, none medium. She forgot to put in an order and when we would call for her she would said hold on im coming. She was a train wreck. Although her service was absolutely horrible we felt bad and provided a tip to her but I am sure others would not have. She was one of the worst I've had.

    Horrible service, the omelet tasted like the bathroom smelled, and they "can't leave syrup out or heat it up for you" but every other condiment they offer was in the table. The pancakes tasted fine but not worth the money. Punchy's is way better

    I know that Sunday morning is the longest wait time and these 2 stars don’t have anything to with our first half-hour wait. After being seated, we waited another 30 minutes for pancakes. Toast was uncooked and everything else was tepid. The understaffed servers seemed to be trying their best despite never having heard of poached eggs. Most of the tables were empty and everyone was sitting on the sidewalk outside. Hope they can find some workers in the future. Pancakes weren’t bad.

👍👍 I really love this place. There's so much variety of food. You can choose what you want to eat and you'll never been hungry. Meat, seafood, salads, sushi, mushrooms and a lot more. I like they have sweets table with fruits as well. Definitely recommend to come.
