Very unprofessional and rigid behavior we suffer alot in midnight even after informing that 80% females ,girl children and other children in bus .So many females call their family members for pick-up.those also disturbed on highways.Many of them females left bus and pick private carrier.Reservation issues also became panic and have no mean.

Unprofessional service, even don't have manner how to talk with customer. They take money first and not give satisfactory service, also dominate to custer with louder voice and their wills and not listening to others. I had very bad experience with them, after giving so much money. The big expanses waste in travelling his bus.

I have availed their services personally. Aa promised by them the quality, hygiene maintained by them is super. The seats were also neat and clean. The AC was also functioning properly. Both the driver and the cleaner were well behaved people. Overall experience with Shanker Travels was good, infact the best!!
