Tried
their
ribs
and
snuck
in
a
little
burnt
ends
by
having
their
chili
on
the
side.
My
other
side
was
their
cheesy
corn.
The
burnt
ends
were
good
and
moist.
Having
them
bathing
in
chili
probably
helped.
The
solid
pieces
on
top
of
the
chili
were
good.
The
pieces
mixed
into
the
chili
made
the
mixture
thick.
Lots
of
beans
made
this
some
food
chili.
Not
sure
why
it
made
the
bucket
list
of
things
to
eat
before
you
die.
I’m
glad
I
had
it,
but
it
didn’t
change
my
life.
The
ribs
on
the
other
hand…
maybe
not
life-changing
either,
but
very
good.
Their
spice
rub
was
exotic.
Not
your
usual
fare.
Something
maybe
Indian
was
in
there,
Tumeric
or
something.
It
gave
the
ribs
a
distinct
and
unique
flavor.
Definitely
setting
them
apart
from
all
the
other
BBQ
in
town.
The
cheesy
corn
was
cheesy
corn.
I’m
not
sure
what
I’m
missing
about
this
side
dish.
Everywhere
I’ve
tried
it,
it
all
been
about
the
same.
It’s
corn
in
a
sauce
that’s
kind
of
cheesy,
but
not
sharp
or
anything.
Just
kind
of
plain.
If
you
like
cheesy
corn,
this
will
meet
your
expectations.
