We usually love Sonic as a company but this location is consistently slow. Our order is often incorrect, the customer service is abysmal, and the quality of the food isn't even worth the wait. We got cold tots and a pork tenderloin sandwich that was fried so long it was hard and inedible.

I should have checked reviews first before coming here. I can get past them being out of ice cream and slushes but the hot dog combo I ordered had a refrigerator cold hot dog/bun/condiments and tater tots which were old refried soggy tots with about 3 tablespoons of oil in the holder which leaked through the bag and all over my car. Worst Sonic experience after trying Sonics all over the US. Fail on quality control and execution. Plus an almost 10 min wait to get substandard food.

What an incredible disappointment. I go to Sonic locations all the time. This was by far my worst experience. The first person to take my order was very short with me, but I didn't think much as they were busy. My chili cheese dog was cold and basically didn't have cheese on it. The fries were cold and when I asked for a replacement, they were very slow about getting me new ones. Also, my screen was clearly working but they never posted my order. Not a huge deal, but I had to give the guy my card and he didn't come back for quite some time. Being as it was so busy and that's not typical, it made me nervous. He did return though. The only reason it's not a one star is because I also ordered a small blast and it was decent. Not nearly as much candy as typical, but I'm not picky. The whole bottom half was just vanilla. The ice cream itself tasted good.

There is a reason this place has poor reviews. My double cheeseburger came squished like someone literally stepped on it. The lettuce was just a chunk of the heart that people usually throw away. No care was given in the food preparation. We also waited for over 10 minutes to get our food when there was literally no one else parked or in the drive thru. The employee was nice, but this can by no means be considered "fast" food or good for that matter.

This location has gone down the drain. They're unable to keep track of simple orders. I ordered a corn dog and got a hamburger. And, the tater tots (they didn't have onion rings) we're stale. At least the soda was good.

Ordered some popcorn chicken before close. Didn't open the bag til I was home, to realize my chicken wasn't fully cooked. Still pink in the middle. I tried calling multiple times right around 10 when they were closing. Nobody answered, eventually took the phone off the hook. Even while I was there I received poor customer service. Edit: stopped in again to give them another chance. My burger was over cooked and is hard as a rock.

Nothing like finding a long black hair in your chili dog to ruin your dinner. 🤢 but that was after the horrendous customer service. Had to repeat our order several times because the person couldn’t hear us.

Slow service and the employees seem to only be interested in their cellphones.

Oil ball onion rings with the breading falling off. Shorted me two chicken tenders. Two half full cups of old gravy. Three burnt corn dogs. Footlong coney with about half the regular chili. They did offer me a drink carrier for my three drinks. Overall the owner of this place should be very ashamed of their franchise failing so hard on every single item.

I never leave reviews for places… this is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order minutes away, and arrived, and all screens were down. It took 25 minutes to get my drink out and side out. And by that time it was all cold. Don’t waste your money or time.

I love Sonic and this is the closest one to me, sadly I will have to be ordering from the Kansas City, Kansas location, as this one is infuriating. Every single time I order Uber Eats from this location, they never fail to forget an item I order. It's astonishing. I get if it happened once, people make mistakes. But every single time is ridiculous. It's extremely aggravating when you're craving something, only for you to open the bag and said item is not there. It's also annoying when they try to replace it with something else, especially if it's a main meal item like a burger or chicken. I don't understand why this issue keeps happening, but it's occured far too many times for me to ever eat here again, at least on Uber Eats. Disappointed.
