WARNING!!!!! BEWARE!! WHATEVER. DO NOT GO HERE if this “man” is on duty. Extremely rude, stingy, and a straight up liar. Three separate occasions where I did not receive the sauce I ordered (WITH PROOF, ON RECEIPT) which is usually no big deal at a fast food place. Oh not with him. Don’t ever expect it to be with him. He will accuse you of lying - why would I need to? Then force you to pay for more (has even lied about the price of sauce to me before claiming it was $1.25!) This evening was MY LAST STRAW, I ordered 4 sauce and received NONE. I asked for the sauce I had ordered. He STOPS his employee to tell them to only give me 2. My meal only comes with 2. I told him yes, and I ordered two extra. He told me it didn’t count since I mobile ordered my meal. Umm.. I have never been told that I don’t think that’s how it works. He kept going back and forth with me until I just said whatever and paid the stupid $0.40. To the point where his co worker began apologizing to me for his behavior and was visibly embarrassed. Soo… where is my sauce now that I paid?I only got 2. I paid for 4 TOTAL. Now he accuses me of lying again, saying no I’ve already gotten 3. WHO LIES OVER MCDONALDS? I just wanted what I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Absolutely ridiculous to hold up the line for that. To raise your voice at customer and accuse them of lying is crazy. The worst part is he acts like this all the time and still somehow has a job?! Here is another fun story about this aforementioned “man”. THE PROTECTOR OF 20¢ SAUCE. MCDONALDS’ ULTIMATE WARRIOR. This was in April when I first moved to town and didn’t know of his crazy antics yet. Ordered, paid, didn’t get my receipt (big mistake), and pulled up to the food window. Our boy the sauce guardian opens the window all mean and fast, accuses me of trying to steal and speeding by the pay window. I deny this and he tries arguing with me saying I absolutely did. I was very confused, see I get notifications right to my phone whenever I use my debit card. I got a notification at the pay window literally saying my card had been charged at mcdonald’s. I explain this to him. He says well it didn’t go through on our end - can’t give you your food. I kinda stare at him and he says nothing and i ask well do you need me to swipe my card again? He’s like oh yeah. You couldn’t tell me that it didn’t go through?? Try again?? No he thinks i’m trying to steal from a mcdonald’s. I don’t know who hurt this man but someone please tell him…. nobody is trying to pull a fast one over on mcdonald’s. it is never that serious. truly. and paying customers deserve to be treated as much.

Most of the staff here are nice people but I've just had too many rough experiences. And never ever do mobile order. Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order today, super frustrating.... and it was delivered to me cold and forgot my kids drinks. I'm leaving this review here to remind myself to never ever ever do mobile order here again since it's the second time I tried and both times were a massive fail.

McDonald's is known for food that is iffy at best. THIS McDonald's is a prime example of just how bad it can get. Now, my kids love this garbage, so, like it or not, I frequent this location. And every, single, time... They botch the order. Every time, without fail. They will omit an item from the order. Oh! I'll pay for the item, it just won't make it to the bag, somehow. Every trip will end in tears because the order is flubbed or incomplete in some major way. Just for instance. Todays order included a bun that was so stale, it was crunchy. Obviously left out overnight. And a 10 piece nugget order with only 9 nuggets. Picture included. This McDonald's ONLY SERVES DISAPPOINTMENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UPDATE: 2 YEARS IN... This McDisease has a total of 1 correct order in a two year span. My family plays a game now, where we get a dessert, and whoever gets screwed on their order, wins the dessert! (Spoiler: there is ALWAYS a winner, and more often than not, that dessert has to be shared. My kids are learning how stupidity and lack of education can disappoint. But best of all, just how little McStupid cares for their customer base. They used to yell McDonald's when I ask what they want for dinner. Now it's "Not McDonald's"!!! (Hearts and minds A$$#oles. Hearts and minds).

Sent hubby on a late night run..after waiting 30 minutes for 3BURGERS ND 1 LARGE FRY. My fries are cold and not seasoned, my burgers are wrong and also cold. 🙃 this is ridiculous. Order was repeated at LEAST 5/6 times before even being handed to him and it was still wrong.

12/9/23 Came via drive thru around 5:30pm. My order was taken correctly. With that being said. Arrrived to my destination. The fries were cold and the mcchickens had mayonnaise on them. Both wrappers says no mayo. The person did not pay attention wrapping the orders. I do not eat mayonnaise so that's wasted money. The fries were cold. Called no one answered. So i'm leaving a review. Its a waste of time to drive back up there. I recommend checking your orders throughly before leaving.

Les Gregory needs to know that when I ordered a basket of fries, they didn't say anything about not having it and rang up a LG fry instead. Sandwich was just thrown together meat half off the bun and was a mess.

This is my favorite McDonald's in the city! I mostly go in the mornings and the staff is always friendly, quick and my order is always correct. I use the app and have NEVER had any issues with my order. The morning crew makes the BEST iced coffee, always the same every time. I appreciate the effort and providing quality service. Thanks!

It's McDonald's. Even the really good ones only serve 3-star good. But people don't go for the food; they go for the speed and consistency. This site does well in both of those categories, IMO.
