This was the worst Olive Garden we've ever been to. The service was slow especially being we visited on a Thursday evening. The food was as good as normal. The mixed drinks came out without garnishes. The wife had a amaretto sour that barely had a splash of amaretto. I ordered an Italian margarita with a sugar rim. I'm guessing that they were out of bar sugar because it had normal granulated sugar (looked rather unpleasant). It was a sticky mess.

Happy Mother's Day!💐 I tried the chicken marsala it was ok. I should have stuck with the tour of Italy lol. The salad and breadsticks were good as usual 😋

Great spot for after work cocktails and chit chat. My coworker and I both had Italian margaritas which is made with tequila and amaretto. So good (I'm doing the closed fingers to the mouth kiss). Also hot the Lasagna fritata to take home for dinner later. It's like breaded deep fried lasagna slices. So good! Try both! The pic is from the last time I went alone for the exact same thing. That's how good it is.

The chicken tortalini alfredo was delicious 😋 I always love the garlic breadsticks, of course. And the house salad is fresh and crisp! We also tried the ravioli carbonara and got the take home meal of fettuccine alfredo which was excellent 👌 I love that they have the curbside pick up too!

Been several times before but had a really nice night out. ❤️❤️❤️ salad is 🔥! Fresh bread sticks. Pricey. Can ask for fried shrimp with fettuccine with no up charge.

Good food - they had Many employees & service was not great.... not our waitresses fault- she was trying very hard.... the employees appeared to be ganging up and making life more difficult for her. (I have no idea why.) It's sad that management didn't get involved. [There were employees standing around (3 in the hostess area & they were there for a long time chatting & laughing)] Another table made false accusations against the waitress (attempt to get a free meal maybe?) & the manager was heard loudly "talking" in the kitchen ... my husband tried to speak with the manager before we left..... the manager couldn't be bothered... left our phone number but never received a call. We did not know the waitress - yes, she was struggling but who wouldn't, in such a hostile work environment. Sad that management would let this happen. The opposite side of the restaurant had many waiters/waitresses (even an over abundance) & seemed to be getting along great..... and yet management allowed things to progress to such an unacceptable degree. I used to love going to Olive Garden (my husband doesn't).... he took me as a special treat & what a disappointment! Unfortunately for Olive Garden, the poor management caused a loss of business, who wants to eat in that environment? *Feel I need to mention this - I had a broken patella, as well as, cancer. I felt we were seated on the smaller side by the kitchen because I was masked and in an immobilizer leg brace. They didn't want someone wearing a mask, in with their "more important" patrons. And while management may come back and say they seated us there for my safety - then I question why would you seat us at the closest table to the kitchen, where so many employees where traveling, non-stop AND ALL the dirty dishes were being piled (yes, in the dining area) ACROSS from our table? Our waitress should get 4-5 stars - she was trying so hard!

Unfortunately, they have finally went downhill after years of consistency. Its sad when a restaurant starts reducing the food, the meat(which I like a very small amount of), and quality to save but charges more. Watered down sauce in one dish. I also received my standard order of many years(on 2 occasions) pasta with meat sauce. They actually took most of the meat out of the meat sauce. Add chicken means three small thin strips. Salad with lots of brown lettuce. Goodbye one of my old favorites. Guess you will be going out of business soon.

Our food was delicious and speedy fast! For some reason the lighting was VERY dark and it appeared as if the place was closed which I thought was weird. We ordered the endless pasta and we left very very happy!

The only positive was the breadsticks were hot. Hostess and waitress were not very pleasant. Hostess rolled her eyes multiple times and said it would be a 20-25 minute wait which ended up being maybe 5 minutes. Our waitress never really checked on us for refills or to clear plates. She brought the check then we asked her to split the check( which she didn’t even ask us before bringing it) and then went over and slammed the receipt down at the her station to split them up when she very easily could have explained we can actually split them on the tablet when we pay. One person in the group wanted to pay cash and our waitress was nowhere to be found. I feel like they wanted to do the bare minimum.

Our waitress was doing the best she could with what looked like 8 tables in two sections. Very friendly and helpful when available. She did not slough off at all. Just needed more time for each guest. The truly disappointing was our salad. There were pieces of rotting lettuce, not just oxidizing but decaying. The rest of the meal was fairly good.

We were in North KC and hoping for pizza. No pizza places in North KC landed us at the Olive Garden. There were 7 of us in our party and it was later in the evening. The food was fine. I ordered chicken Alfredo. I forgot to request broccoli and my waitress didn’t ask if I wanted it so that was sad. Everyone else’s food was fine. It was really dark in the restaurant but it was later in the evening.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in an Olive Garden probably since my little kid was little and she’s not little anymore but the service was great. The food was hot. The server was very very nice and everything came to us in a timely fashion.

I went to Olive Garden for dinner with my family. The service was decent, but the food was disappointing. The breadsticks were stale, the pasta was overcooked, and the sauce was bland. The portions were large, but not worth the price. The only thing I liked was the salad, which was fresh and crisp. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic Italian food. There are many local mom and pop restaurants in Kansas City that offer much better quality and flavor. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Last weekend, my partner and I went by for a late dinner together. It was about 8PM on a Friday night, business hours were posted to be till 11PM and the parking lot was relatively empty. We went in and were seated right away, but far back in the restaurant, beside two tables that were seated and nearing the end of their meal. We were given menus and left at our table for 20 minutes with several servers and wait staff walking by to check in on the two tables, clear dishes, refill drinks, etc. At the 15 minute mark, we're talking, waiting for someone to bring us waters, ask for a drink order, something, anything. But we're chatting, we figured it was a bit busy in the kitchens - it's fine. A few minutes later as more of the same staff is bussing these two, now empty tables, we've decided on what we want for drinks, apps, our main entrée. I hit the call server button on the screen sitting on our table, it blinks red and those same waitstaff walks right on by us repeatedly. I turn to ask my partner, should we just leave? They've clearly forgotten and are now actively ignoring our table in the back. He's getting upset and I'm getting upset, wondering what we did to be stuck in the back and ignored. We leave. The hostess who sat us 20+ minutes ago wishes us a goodnight as we leave. I'm so irritated that I don't say anything and we go across the street to Red Lobster instead and have a very attentive, awesome service. I understand that waitressing is hard work, sometimes you don't want to be there at all, least of all on a Friday night. I get that mistakes can happen, too. But this was beyond ridiculous, don't seat people at the furthest table in the building and repeatedly walk by them, blatantly ignore them for twenty plus minutes. People made eye contact with us, saw us open menus, pointedly look around. They weren't incredibly swamped, there were plenty of other patrons there. Why were we singularly ignored? Wouldn't recommend this location, but rather the Red Lobster across the street, Linda, our waitress was awesome.

We decided to stop in for dinner since it's been a while. We got seated right away because they weren't busy, seated in a section with only one other table, a family of 6. Our server appeared and took our drink orders. We usually just get water, and this still took her several minutes even though she only had one other table. She took our food orders and disappeared. Meanwhile, another couple was seated in the same section so our server now had three tables. I overheard a server in another section telling a table there was only one person in the kitchen so the food was coming out slow. Okay, fair enough, it happens. We were not informed. Our server spent plenty of time at the first and third tables she had but ignored us. Finally our food came out, and that was the best part of the whole visit. We didn't even get breadsticks until after we had gotten our entrees. We were lucky to have gotten salad, but just one bowl even though I requested more. When our server brought our breadsticks finally, I asked for a refill of water. She said she'd be back. Wrong. A fourth table was seated in this same section and largely ignored while the other two tables were getting plenty of attention. She finally brought us two more breadsticks to go. Still no more salad, no more water. Fortunately I was able to pay the bill on the gizmo at the table so I wouldn't have to wait longer for her to run the payment. If it weren't for the food being good I would refuse to go back. I don't expect a server to hover over me, but when there's only 4 tables in a section and two of them are being ignored, even after one of the other two leaves, then I don't go back. No refills, no checking back with us to make sure everything was okay. Overall a very disappointing visit.

Our waiter was new but he was terrible. We sat in the corner for 10 minutes without being greeted. We have a 10 year old and a 1 year old so that was frustrating. I got up to find someone to help us and the manager was right there to fix everything. She immediately got our drinks, salad and bread sticks. She apologized and said the waiter was new and she was sorry for our inconvenience. Our order was out in immediately and everything was fine, as long as the manager did it. She took great care of us but the dude needs to be fired or retrained. I noticed we got a discount on our meal and free dessert from the manager. But. So did the tables the surrounded us. I would go on complaining about him but it is not worth degrading the restaurant but if I was the owner I would know that he needs to be let go of I am giving away free drinks, dinners, desserts and discounts. A place will go out of business doing this to every table. This was the first time I tipped 5% in my life. He was awful. The food was great. Bread sticks fresh, salad fresh and our dinners were hot and fresh as well. We had lasagna, pasta with meatballs and the chicken, bacon and shrimp pasta. Delicious! Kuddos to the chef. Amazing taste and we even had good leftovers. Thank you !

It's been redecorated which is nice but don't play on the table game as will charge you just by touching it.

Went tonight with a last minute walk in group of 10. Five being kids under age 8. Our server was right on it with salad, breadsticks and drink refills, she didn't mess up a single order and was so sweet! She delivered the plates and grated cheese on them one by one table side- even the kids. I loved it. It makes them feel like adults and like they get a say in their food. That added such an extra bump in her level of care.

Our server, Crystal, absolutely made our night. She was personable and helpful, simply the best server I've had in a long time. We brought my youngest in for her birthday dinner and, even though the restaurant was actually rather cold and the lights were set far dimmer than usual, Crystal made the experience a great one.

Food was phenomenal! Service was good and our wait staff was helpful, except he didn't ask if wanted soup or salad, he just brought out salad. The atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole was great but we were seated in a corner of the restaurant where it was dark enough to take a nap.

Oh me oh my!!! This Olive Garden was excellent. Our waitress was amazing! I can be a pain in the butt sometimes as I have special requests but she was so kind and everything came out PERFECT. Our visit was during peak hours she made our table feel like it was her only one. Drinks were always refilled before they were gone, food came out expeditiously and fresh, breadstick basket was always full and warm. The manager made sure to stop by our table and introduce herself. This Olive Garden exceeded my expectations! Keep up the good work!!

Food is very good here. Rating should be.4.5 stars. Lost half stars for the less than fresh breadsticks. I had the Asiago Tortellini Alfredo with chicken. Their Alfredo is the best! The chicken today was a bit over cooked, but the flavor was good. The picture may be hard to tell what it is because of all the grated cheese. 😃
