First of all, the lady at the front alone is enough of a reason to never want to return again. She must have been completely unaware that her job was to serve customers, because every time someone came up to her it ended with dirty looks or eye rolls. I even saw her yell at another customer. The ice cream station is a completely separate atrocity. They had all of the *used* scoops together in one pitcher of what I assume used to be water. It was opaque due to how much melted ice cream was in it and looked like some sort of failed art project. Not to mention when we asked for a clean scoop, we were told to go behind the server desk and grab a spoon to scoop it. We tried, but the flimsy thing just bent. I’m not even the type to really write bad reviews but this is the first time I’ve been so baffled by a place.

Asian buffet style dining, including a sushi bar. It's all very good. You can even feed the fish.

We had a good time, the staff were so kind and funny. The manager was pretty cool too

The server was very kind. We wanted to order from the menu instead of buffet. We were told the chef was out so buffet was the only option. Food was not good and the kids wouldn’t eat anything. When we explained that we did not like the food the server got the manager. Manager said because the kids took a bite they had to charge for all of it. Reluctantly they took the kids (11 year olds) adult price buffets off of the ticket. All of this to say the food is terrible. The crab Rangoon’s are good but everything else is not good, so take your money elsewhere! We still tipped the young male server a good tip knowing it’s not his fault, and honestly he was really sweet the entire time. The cup of water was good! But not $37 good.

The food was great but didn't have oysters like they did at there old location. On there most popular dishes they should of put more out like a double deep pans, when going up to get crab legs they only give you 2 sides of crab legs. They needed more cooks cause there were acouple times were I had to wait for awhile. The price went up like double the price from there old location. Probably won't go there again.

I normally compare these type of places by the selection of sushi they offer, this one did NOT disappoint! You are quickly greeted and then seated by friendly staff and then the massive buffet is yours to explore. Drinks are at the table by the time you come back with meal. The food selection was great and delicious. The is an obvious stop back since it is so close to major shopping.

One of the best Chinese buffets! Fresh sushi, lots of Chinese food, fresh fruit, ice cream, & a hibachi chef. Everything I ate was good, didn’t leave nothing on my plates which I normally do. The servers were constantly refilling the buffet & it was very clean.

I took my Mother and Stepfather to Joy Wok in liberty for Christmas. I payed my bill early(and showed more gratuity than deserved) when we was approached by an employee and asked if we was almost done because they needed our table for a bigger party when my Stepfather (who is disabled)was still eating.I could somewhat understand if we was there for a long period of time taking up space but we wasn't there 30min. and once again still eating. The majority (not all) of the staff is rude from this and past experiences and I will not be back.

Update: a much better experience at the lunch buffet. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. My experience the first time 4 years ago was great. The staff is pleasant and attentive but not overbearing. The quality of the food isn't the same. I was disappointed. Your experience might be different. I went for the lunch buffet. Dinner might be better.

Staff were quick and attentive, never ran low on our beverages. There is a lot of selection on the dinner buffet, a few of them of them were excellent. Unfortunately there were several items on the buffet that were not that great. Overall experience was "just ok".

This restaurant had a great selection of standard (American) Chinese foods. Egg rolls, crab Rangoon, fried rice, sweet and sour soup, egg drop soup, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken. Some of the foods were bland compared to what we're used to. They had a coy pond which was really fun to watch.

The food on Thanksgiving 2022 was fantastic. They were bringing out whole carveable turkeys and Pot Roasts and keeping up. 106.00 for five adults very reasonable. Hibachi, buffet, sushi bar, all good. Never had a bad experience at this Joy Wok. They could learn how to acknowledge a complement though.

I'm normally not big on Asian buffets, but this one is pretty good! It may have less selection than some others I've been to, but it allows them to make more consistent batches and keep things fresh, which is a big factor as to why I'm not usually a fan of buffets. It's very good.

Huge selection of items, big sushi section, really nice inside building....nice atmosphere. Waitress was incredible, interactive, nice to talk too, and adorable smile. But when I went for ice cream, the scoop water hadn't been changed for awhile...so it made me second guess dessert lol. But I'm sure it will be cleaned soon. Great place

WHAT A WASTE!! A small group of my friends and I went for the grand opening at their new location, and we were appalled at the price! $28.99 PER PERSON for a Saturday night at a Chinese buffet! I know we didn’t eat $30 dollars worth of food each. Nowhere are the prices listed for the food, and we had assumed that the price for the buffet would be the same as their last location ($13 per person). SIKE!! Major upcharge for standard Chinese food. Not to mention the service. Firstly, We were able to get a plate, serve ourselves, and had started eating before ANYONE came to get us something to drink. Water service was shoddy at best, even for being as busy as they were. I was a server, so I understand busy nights, but this level of service only showed how underprepared they were for their grand opening. Secondly, when looking for utensils, there were no clean forks out for almost ten minutes. They were prompt replacing the food pans, but the silverware and plates were not given the same treatment. Overall, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Weekend price gouges, poor service, and an uncoordinated, messy system for serving food left us completely unimpressed. We won’t be coming back.

Great place to bring the family. The food in my opinion is like most buffets. Good and something that will fill you up but not the best you have ever had. The workers are friendly and they have a Koi pond next to the front door. Have fun eating all you want sushi, frog legs and ice cream.

The food was just okay. Some of it was cold, some was warm-ish. We went right after they opened, so I was expecting good, hot food. There was no beef broccoli, which is a staple at buffets and my favorite dish, so that was a big bummer. Very little selection for dessert, and the overall quality of the food was mediocre. Service was good and it was a good place for conversation.

Food was plentiful and varied. Meats were tender and had flavor in each dish. The self carve roast beef was tough and flavorless, but with so many Chinese options why bother. Inexpensive and tasty. Worth 5 stars in its category .
