I'm not one to leave reviews but it's hard find a great hair stylist. And Chicky definitely is an excellent stylist. She fixed my daughters hair from her trying to give herself a layered cut. She blended it in nicely without having to cut too much more off. 5 star plus! And I didn't feel rushed even though we were the last client! Thank you!

Great location and friendly staff. I like to visit a place a few times before writing a review and this location is very consistent. Always has what I'm looking for and plenty of new items to try. Helena does the best brows, I refuse to go anywhere else. She's like visiting one of your girlfriends for a chat and by the end your eyebrows look amazing. Chicky recently fixed my 5yo daughters self chop and gave her a beautiful layered haircut and blowout. She was very patient and offered her clearly, very experienced advice. I'm glad we listened to her and I would definitely visit her again.

Nice store, a lot of items to choose from, but you'll just need to withstand the constant questioning from the employees. I know they are just trying to be helpful, but I was approached by no less than four employees in five minutes, asking if I was finding everything okay, or if I needed help, as if I needed help looking for shampoo. Maybe because I'm a man, and therefore am lost in a beauty supply store? To make it worse, I'm am an ultra-introvert and hate interactions, I just wanted to shop around on my own. Maybe some people in the world are literally too dumb to shop for a shampoo, but I'm not one of them. Actually, finding my shampoo would probably be easier if I wasn't being interrupted every minute asking if I needed something. Even after I did find my shampoo, I was enjoying myself simply browsing, looking at all the different things they have. I'll never understand some stores policies of constantly bothering the customer. I'm totally happy with just one employee asking me, and saying "well, if you need any help, I'll be right over there." I still give the place five stars though, because their prices aren't insane, and they do have a lot of inventory to choose from. And I can't blame the employees for just following their orders. Maybe the whole idea is to deter shoplifters. Honestly, the whole experience maybe want to start a T-shirt company, selling shirts that have printed on their front and backs "Just Browsing! If I need assistance I'll ask for it!" These are similar to the T-shirts I've seen in Thailand and the Philippines; "No scuba! No sunglasses! No jet ski!" as a response to the constant harassment from vendors.

Great shopping experience. Good selection and courteous, helpful staff.

‼️READ OTHER LOW REVIEWS! ‼️YOU WILL SEE THIS STORE HAS RACIALLY PROFILED OTHER PEOPLE! Today I had the worst experience in this store. I have had racial profiling in this store before, but chose to ignore it. This time i was accompanied by my husband, and I asked for assistance being swatched for a blush and the sales rep told me that i could do it myself with a little white sponge. So i followed her over to the little tables set up for swatching and she takes one out and sits it on the table. She doesn’t even hand it to me. So on the inside I’m like okay this is new, maybe they aren’t doing swatches for bare minerals. Well then as I’m trying on the make up she stands off to my left about 5 feet away and literally stands there and stares. I look up at her and she acts as if she’s looking at products on that isle. I go back to the original isle to find a better color and she follows me while keeping enough distance without being on top of me. So i come back to the table and she returns to her original isle to stare and continue watching me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and i tell my husband i don’t like the way she’s staring at us. So while at check out I mention it to the cashier and she’s very apologetic. Well then apparently the “sales manager” I’m unsure if the lady was truly the manger or not because she proceeds to tell me that they have people come and rob them all the time and how they watch out for those people but that my husband and I aren’t those type of people. How i don’t even have a huge purse (i only carry a small clutch) so we shouldn’t have even been watched. I tell her i understand that as i have worked in retail for years. But being that i observed other Asian and white customers while in the store minding their business and no one stalking them there was no excuse for my husband and I to be profiled. She asks well we’re you helped? And my husband said no. There was no resolve. And i wouldn’t Recommend ANYONE of color going to this store as they do not value your service they treat you as a common thief and are trained to watch you! I immediately returned my purchase and will never shop here again.

Chicky is an amazing stylist! My go to, she always works wonders on my hair. Trust her blindly!!! Love the manager of this store as well she nurtures a welcoming and friendly environment between the staff and customers. Clean location, great selection, always well stocked.

I bought Bio Oil lotion here and the Hourglass press powder. They have different selection of beauty products which you can't find at Sephora. Also they have a salon inside Ulta at Pearl City store. Nice customer service.

I went here to pick up a magnetic mascara. Chanel was accommodating and knowledgeable. She compared two different products. She recommended the product that would give me the result I was looking for. Thank you, Chanel! :) They do sanitize in between each customer. Both the counter and the debit/credit card keypad. They do not check temperature upon entry, but they do have a sanitizer at the entrance. Masks are required.

The cashiers seemed lacking in training. The one who assisted me displayed an attitude problem. The service overall was poor and unprofessional.

7/25/2021 I like the variety of cosmetics, skin care, makeup brushes, beauty tools, hair products and hair tools. From more expensive cosmetics to lower priced ones, they have it all! I appreciate that Ulta is a one-stop shop for me. They also have a salon. During my recent visits, I bought concealer and lipstick from Maybelline, brushes from Morphe, That's Taupe ColourPop palette, Real Techniques fan brush, and Kiss lashes. This is an all in one, great beauty store!
