After visiting 10s of cafes in Karachi, some of them are the best and some average. This was the worst experience I've had in a while. Starting from the order time, three iced coffees took 30 minutes to be prepared. You can't order a large iced coffee because large glasses are out of stock, understandable if takeaway cups are out of stock but how can dine in large glasses be out of stock (As people don't carry them out with them) at such a busy running cafe, and upon asking that lame look on counter man's face. On top of that the coffee was below average and literally 60% of the cup was filled with ice cubes. Talk about value for money. I went there for a good coffee and I left in frustration and disappointment. Iced Spanish Latte 5/10. Double Chocolate Iced iced Latte 5/10.

Their frappes, iced lattes and hot coffee are all exceptional and taste divine!! Junaid Zareen Harry And all the other staff members are bestttt but I always get best experience with these three love how they treat us like family. Loveee how they welcome us, keep this environment alive forever!

New coffee place that's all the hype. Coffee was good although a bit pricey.I ordered the classic mocha, cold which was good. We ordered the nutella banana which was very basic. The granola was very not up to the mark. The chicken wrap was juicy, fresh and tasted good.

🧋The Iced Spanish Latte was excellent! 💯 Not overly sweet and the flavour of coffee was great 👏 I really enjoyed it and would definitely return for the coffee.

I am sharing my first experience, it was great. I enjoyed cappuccino coffee with delicious club sandwiches and chocolate brownies. Food quality was very high and very tasty. Coffee needs more improvement. Ambience was attractive and environment was peaceful. Location is very prime, sufficient parking available. You may pay cash or card.

I guess it is only good for the drinks both hot and cold. Food items have failed miserably every time I tried. The chicken and mushroom croissant was a disaster. Tasteless and unappealing in every way. Iced blend hazelnut latte was alright though.

Their carrot cake, although a little too sweet to have entire slice, is a must try. Apple cinnamon loaf: 8/10 - also recommended. Carrot cake slice: 7.5/10 Liked it overall, but not a place I'd specifically visit again.

It was good experience being there, iced tea was quite good. Lasagne was average. Card payment accepted here.

3.5 star. Coffee is average. The atmosphere is always lively but then... it's overhyped. People must be loving something. 🤔 Maybe a late-night coffee and snacks, placed at the right location. 😄

Tried the Oreo Tiramisu Cheesecake, it fell a bit short of expectations. The combination sounded promising, but the execution left something to be desired. A decent treat, but not a showstopper – hence the 3/5 rating. The ambiance was pleasing, and the cafe had good vibes.

if you’re a coffee lover and haven’t visited coffee bean and tea leaf you’re missing out big time. immaculate coffee place with a great ambiance and setting and amazing customer service, all the waiters are very friendly and welcoming, specially haroon and rizwan. literally feels like home as soon as you walk in.

Mr Nadir Ali and Ms Nabila are amazing baristas and one of the best I’ve seen at Coffee Bean across the country. Hats off to them and their service and they have a bright future ahead. The Vanilla Latte was absolutely outstanding. All the best to both of you!

I’ve been here twice now, once with friends who asked to meet here, and once by myself to work since it does advertise itself as a cafe. I had coffee and snacks for sharing each time. The positive of the place is the aesthetic and that there’s balcony seating. But the ambiance is ruined bec the music in the basement is so loud it’s not conducive for conversation OR work. I don’t understand why it’s so popular. I had an iced latte and it was awful, and ordered a plate of fries for maybe over or around Rs. 500 which is at this point my own stupidity because this place reeks of bad value for money. The picture I’ve attached is the plate they gave. This is apparently supposed to be shared. By mice, maybe. My friend ordered a croissant and they made her choose between a tiny packet of butter and jam. Even a place like Test Kitchen gives both and isn’t nearly as kanjoos as this one. The service isn’t equal. They make you go to the counter to order, but if you come out of a Vigo, somehow they take your order at your table. This place feels like LHR/ISB: where you pay more for bad food and somehow it’s a place someone would recommend you should try, because it looks pretty and is big. Try any of the other local joints for coffee that isn’t a chain, you’ll find much better coffee. As for working, one table happened to have an outlet next to it. But the music, even with noise cancelling headphones, will make you question all your life choices.

Reasonably good coffee in Karachi. Ambience is fine. Seating arrangement is quite odd though 2-3 chairs are placed around a table but the table top is very small so it’s a challenge to have something to eat along with the coffee specially when there are 2 or 3 people. They can certainly improve the quality of coffee.

No doubt Coffe Bean & Tea Leaf has made their place in K town in a very short time, coffe is way better than all other cafes. Apart from good food, Sunny was very kind and provided really good Service

I didn’t have the chance to try much to their food but the loaded fries were just okay. The coffee seems to be average and overpriced. The place gets very loud and chaotic when people are around and having a conversation becomes difficult. Just an okay experience in my opinion.

Food is good... pizza and wrap are very fresh as well as hot white chocolate.. Service persons are confused but overall good...

I'm a bit sceptical about the place. They have done a good job keeping the place busy Smart 🤓 🤔 But you've been caught on. Regardless cookie &cream was good for a non coffee drink, will update thoroughly on later date when hype has died down.

Its is a nice tranquil place with no nuzzling in the surroundings. It has a both indoor and out door gallery sort of sitting area. Rates are reasonable environment is very decent and sober. Services is good.

Great place for meeting up or just sitting by yourself and working. Our server, Sunny was polite and attentive. All there staff is pretty helpful. One of my go to places for coffee & meetups

Slightly pricey, but the ambience, service and food were good. I would recommend it as a place one can easily go to to enjoy coffee. Might just be that it's summer so a lot of the customers were of a younger generation but you should be able to enjoy it nonetheless

Visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Bhukari Commercial area and had a mixed experience. While the coffee was flavorful and met expectations, the sandwiches left a lot to be desired. It seemed like they served us cold, prepackaged chicken sausages, which felt below par for the price charged. Additionally, the service pace was notably slow. We ended up finishing our drinks way before the sandwiches arrived. Hope they can improve upon these aspects for a better customer experience.

The Caramel Vanilla Iced Latte is really good and is a must try if you're a coffee connoisseur.

My friend liked the coffee but that's about the only good thing I can say about it. Over priced food while the food doesn't taste good. I've gone there twice and each time there's something wrong with the chilled drinks. Either they're out of the thing I want or they are out of ice. Ordered pasta the last time I was there. It costed more than 1100 (I don't remember the exact amount) but the I couldn't even finish it cause of the taste. My friend liked their coffee though and their staff is polite and professional.

I am a regular customer and my name is sonya I come here every day once or twice I just loveeeeee the coffee soo much I always go for (ICE BLENDED CARAMEL) the staff is soo welcoming so caring they are always in good mood and that is what always comes first!
