Just back from a week in Karachi watching the Cricket between Pakistan and England. We found this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying and then ate there four of the five days we were in Karachi. The food was excellent. Always tasty. We ate upstairs and could see the kitchen below and our food being prepared. Will definitely go there again when back in Karachi. Recommended Ps - to counter one review below - we saw women eating upstairs

The food was pretty average. Zaitoon karahi tasted fine but nothing special, but the BBQ was good. The naan was too salty, and the service was straight up bad

Placid atmosphere near a noisy, crowded and hurly burly Burns Road, Good sitting arrangements for families, Price are not too high, Taste was also Good (could be better) but tea was below average, cooperative staff.

A little bit noisy place, but awesome taste overall was a good experience .

Overall atmosphere was good, But the taste was terrible, Malai tika had barely any meat. Chicken Karahi was not upto the mark. Moreover there were not proper service in the upper deck. Prices are good but won't recommend to go there, wasted my weekend.

Unethical establishment. I parked my car on the main ROAD outside of the restaurant. The restaurant security had the audacity to threaten my cars safety if i parked there and didn't eat at their restaurant. He threatened me while he had a shotgun on his shoulder. I won't lie, i was scared for my life at one point.

I came across Zaitoon by chance being located just around the corner of Regal Chowk and was so impressed by the food on the first night This is an incredibly professionally run restaurant. I have tried their Pure Desi food like Chicken Sajji, Namkeen Beef Boti and Katakat, They have open kitchen. Kitchen is neat and clean. Sajii was good i will rate 8/10, katta kat 7/10 and Beef Boti 7/10 They have steaks to i will rate it 7/10

In the mutton karahi feel that was mixed meat like beef and mutton. Platter was just okay in taste. Overall 5 out of 10

Food was not good as I was thinking, specially mandi is totally bekaar, karahi was not special. Not special recomendation, but environment and all was good.

My past 2 experiences were great but my recent exp was a nightmare. The service staff were non responsive, including Manager. Order was taken and at the time of serving they told us that this item is not available. This happened twice.

Worst experience, we had waited 1 hour for just two items After that food was cold, Quantity was just ok In the end waiter brought 2 parathas very lately, and we were already done we said return those parathas back but he refused.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The ambiance was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, which convinced me and my family to give it a try. However, the service was slow and inattentive. It took 15 minutes for the server to finally come to our table to take our order. Despite this, I asked for recommendations on what tasted the best at the restaurant. Based on the server's recommendations, I ordered seekh kababs, chicken sajji, and afghani boti. I was told that my food would arrive in 15-20 minutes, but it took nearly an hour for it to arrive at the table after multiple reminders. The fact that it took nearly an hour for the food to arrive after multiple reminders suggests that the restaurant may have had issues with managing its kitchen and serving staff. When it finally arrived, the order was incomplete, the dishes were undercooked, and they tasted average at best. The flavors were lacklustre and the presentation was unappealing. This could be indicative of problems with the restaurant's cooking and presentation techniques. Overall, it seems that the restaurant has a number of issues that need to be addressed in order to improve the dining experience for its customers. Consequently, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the poor service and subpar food quality

The food is really good. Secondly, the staff is very cooperative and well organized

Open area is best to have quality time with Family. Overall food is acceptable. Multiple items from is missing due to unavailability of chef.

Has to be one of the best spots around that area really enjoyed everything and it was still reasonable in this economy

To over hipped so bad experience I hate this restaurant the was tasting too bad by the name of dynamite chicken they give us the bitter basan with pinch of chicken it was to bitter and second we order Peshawari Karachi was very tasting to bad I had no spices at all and third we order Malawi tikka it was undercooked and tasting to wired
