On the negative side they only serve basic pakistani breakfast which is very nice but for lunch and dinner you have to arrange yourself for which you have alot delivery options. Really enjoyed my stay there. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean when we checked in. The bed was comfy. Sikandar went above and beyond for our families staying there. Would definitely stay here again if I went back to Karachi.

Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights last week. Room: It was super clean, nicely decorated. However a tea station and small fridge was missed hence my 3 star rating. Since they do not offer lunch or dinner, we brough some food into the room with nowhere to put it. Also if one wants tea at odd times, on has to go to the guard at the gate and tell him who in turn finds the cook who makes the tea (at extra cost). A kettle in the room would have been nice. Bathroom was 2 star as instead of a shower cabinet, there was shower curtain that did not reach the floor so every bath ended up with water splashing past the curtain and a totally wet bath floor. Service: Really below standard. Location: This property is located on main Sunset Boulevard and the noise from the main road filter in the room. Hence the 4 star rating. Other wise nice location.

Stayed at Subset BNB with my family for a weekend break and we honestly loved it. Never stayed in guest houses before but this one really exceeded our wildest expectations. All of my family members enjoyed the serenity, and comfort of the Sunset BNB and I’ll definitely be bringing my family back for another visit soon. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Rooms with Amenities at least have hot water all the time based on the situation in Karachi. Room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast offering by inhouse team was excellent. 24 hrs Security was a comfort and assuring. Manager Sikander was always there and keeping the place in good shape. Great Team and will recommend to friends visiting Karachi. Thank you.
