Does not even deserve one star. I went with my two daughters (one bride and two party makeup). It was an awful experience. I had my makeup wiped twice and redone and it still looked cakey and patchy. natasha enhanced all the problem areas on my face. And my daughters makeup was horrible too.. we all went home and wiped it so we basically paid a lot of money for nothing. Natasha herself was the most arrogant and entitled person ever who took nothing I said about my own face into consideration. She was watching Netflix on her phone while doing my makeup and wasn't paying attention at all. So unprofessional it's embarrassing. PLEASE I advise everyone to never waste their money here. Worst experience ever. 40,000 for party makeup and 45,000 for bridal makeup and when I asked for a refund for one of my daughters before she even got her make up done, natasha refused. Honestly I was so shocked about how overrated this place is. First and last time going here.

I had an horrible experience. I paid for bridal makeup to be done by Natasha, she spent a total of 15 mins on it and it was not great! My hair do was also very loose and falling apart. Very disappointed with their service!

Went there for my hair do and thought 4000 bucks means I'm getting something nice. It was a horrible hair do with tonnes of pins and hair spray. I think that's what they charge for : hair pins and spray. Not sure about the make up service though 🙄

Its so expensive. Poors can not enter. All cosmetics use locally made. So fast service bride they ready only in 30 minutes. Dont waist time on un nessery care. Natural atmospher salon is situeted in open to sky and enjoy a salon in lawn

I had a really bad experience, the base was really cakey and they messed up my hair. So it was done twice and got really damaged because of double the heat, hair spray and teasing. I asked them to change my lipstick, fix my eyeliner and eyeshadow because it reached all the way to my eyebrows. And they were super rude about it. I also missed my photoshoot at 8pm because of the delay.

Hello! I've had the worst experience with Beyond Beauty Natasha 's team. This is not how you treat customers when it's your own fault. I talked to one of her representatives on instagram asking about her masterclass last Thursday and I was told to pay the advance to book my slot. I clearly told them that I've ti come from Lahore which means I'll have to book my tickets and a place to stay first and asked then the location of the class. They said its not decided yet. So I decided to book my tickets closer to the class date and send them the advance. As soon as I did that I received a call saying that there are no slots available. I clearly told them that I had booked my travelling and accommodation and everything after informing them and that they need to figure this out as all my bookings will go to waste. Since that call I called them on every number & every account I could but no one responded. As soon as I commented on their instagram post (which they deleted) I got a call back from the manager who not only was super rude and said we can't help you the ticket and the accommodation is on you and we can't manage one person in the class. He agreed that ot was a fault on their end but there is nothing they can do and that I wasn't the only one coming from another city. My concern here is that when you're such a big organisation and have such a good name established in the county this is not how you treat your customers. Nothing just disappointment form Beyond Beauty Natasha School & her team.

Great services! The beautitians are experts. They know what they are doing. It's not only natasha who does an excellent job, her glam squad is equally capable!

Waste of money

My cousin opted her for her big day. We were really disappointed with the makeup done by her. We had high hopes because we had seen nice pictures of her work on her social media page. But when she did my cousin's makeup, it didn't turn out well. She did a typical Smokey eye look with red lipstick nd a pale white face, which usually looks good in pictures. But the lipstick got ruined nd it looked like there was blood coming from my cousin's nose. Furthermore She just put on her AirPods nd watched a TV show on her phone while doing the makeup. When she finished, she didn't even ask if my cousin liked how she looked. It was really disappointing.

Natasha is very arrogant. I had msged her so many times on instagram to put my pics up on her page but she never bothered to reply or put my pics up. Even though I looked better then the people whose pics she put up..very rude lady..

Really a very bad experience in natasha salon . I went there for a haircut on a deal but seeing my long hair they 1st made an issue that deal Doesn't includes long haircut ,then they made my dandruff an issue that they are strctly not allowed on such hairs..(though i never had such stuff issue on my hairs) making this a bahana and sayng their instruments are sterilized and all. M sorry to say that they even dont wash their combs and hair tools etc and all of them were of low quality instruments . Natasha having a so big name doing itne low cadre wale harkatein really .. .the staff were so rude . Highly incorporate staff and they dont even know how to deal their customers. The receptionist was really a pathetic women I'm sorry to say that natasha salon dissapointed me much yet having a so big name in market ...
