We selected Hejaz e Muqaddas for this spiritual journey and found very helpful from Hajj training sessions and guidelines for those who were going first time like us.. Faisal Mehmood and his whole team were on foot to facilitate every Haji as best as they could...

The Hajj trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, buses, train) everything went as planned. The staff there and the workers on our excursions were all friendly and helpful. We have lifetime memories of our time together and Thanks Faisal bhai and Tariq bhai and hole Teams support us. Happy with the overall package. Like every hajj package from Pakistan, there are factors beyond control of the organization. Besides that, the coordination efforts from Hejaz E Moqaddas are commendable, they try their best to keep everyone in loop with ongoing activities during hajj. The location of the hotel in Aziziya was very convenient, the staff was around to help at all times. It was walking distance from the Hajj compound which made it very easy to manage. I was satisfied with my package and experience and would recommend it to others.

All praises are for Allah and indeed without his blessings nothing is possible. Allah gave me and my wife an opportunity to perform hajj this year (2023) and we chose Hejaz e Moqaddus as for the same. I think i was lucky to have made this choice. First of all let me say that Journey of Hajj is the second name of hardships. On every step and stage you will feel that it is the test of your patience and perseverance. This, I believe is the reason for people praying that "may Allah make it easy for us/ you". While you decide to perform Hajj, please tune and train your brain to upcoming hardships. Coming over to Hejaz e Moqaddus affairs, well first of all, from the depths of my heart i congratulate the team, all those who were involved starting from briefing the customers with extreme passion and patience at karachi to all those who remained available for us during Hajj. The team did a wonderful job from the very biggining till the very last. Pre-daprture arrangements including training sessions were immaculately arranged and conducted. Vast experience of the team enabled them to manage complex issues in KSA with great professionalism. I wish team Hejaz e Moqaddus the very best in future.

Assalamo Alakium Alhumdulilah I have done my hajj 2023 through Hejaz e Moqaddus and it was great experience with them. The coordination of Faisal bhai and Moein was remarkable through out the hajj duration. All hajj administration procedures have been done smoothly with them. We have stayed in best hotels and camps. The food provided by them throughout the hajj duration was mouthwatering. May Allah accept my hajj and their services amen and I wish them best of luck for there continuous support and services in the way of Allah. Amen

Assalamu alikum, i am Sarfraz and would like to share my own views of 2023 Hajj with hejaz e muqaddas travels. I am basically from Faisalabad and working abroad, i found hejaz e muqaddas on net and contacted Faisal bhai to discuss a package of 21 days for myself and my wife. We finalized the deal, i also informed my friend from Lahore and he also dealed with him for a 14 days package. It was a great experience to travel wirh Faisal bhai who really worked hard to make our trip comfortable. He was the one who meet us on Jeddah airport and dealed with Saudi transportation guys to get a bus for us. Honestly he never missed my call in Saudi whenever i tried to contact him and he wa always helpful. I know that some of the matter was out of his control but he always guided us on righr way. To cut it short, i would say that i got more than what i was expecting from Heja-e muqaddas. I would like to mention here that his staff was nice and especially Moin bhai, who was always there beside us. Moin yar thank you very much and i really appreciate your kind help and expect that you should be there this year over there before the first batch of hujjaj. I pray to Allah almighty that grant me a chance, courage and sources to travel to that holy place with Hejaz e muqaddas at leat one more time. Thank you team and keep the good work up, best of Luck. My parents Went On Hajj through Hejaz e muqaddas , Everything They claim or Offer They Actually Manage better than their Claims. My Mother Suffered from heat stroke on day of Hajj, They Managed very well & Treated Her With the Best one Can. Truly thankful to hejaz E muqaddas For Their hospitality.

Moin Bhi is Very supportive friend ! Really appropriate at lest giving response to everyone all the time ! Faisal Siddiqui also Nice personality & i will request to him also to take feedback to each individually during Hajj days ! at least response required because some things many time out of his control also ! overall experience is good !

Excellent hajj experience overall. Hotels and food were very good. They arranged guided sessions for each day which was help full. A memorable trip. Would like to mention one of the staff Moin bhai , excellent attitude and went beyond his way to facilitate Hujjaj. Faisal sahab the owner is honest, small thing i over paid 38 usd by mistake and i asked for a refund after months of hajj and he made sure to get me the extra amount back. There were couple of hickups on day of arafat and muzdalifa but I believe this can happen on any bad day and i am sure they will improve.

It was really wonderful experience with *Hijaz e Muqadas*. They have given their best services to all Hajis. Especially, the man Mr. Faisal was very corporative and supportive. He arranged the best things to facilitate their people. All things were good such room, food, everything. The journey was very comfortable. I recommend the services of Hijaz e Muqadas to those people who want to perform Hajj this year. I will also prefer the services of Hijaz e Muqadas if I get a chance to perform Hajj again InshaAllah.

I found all of their team members supportive and willing to help in case of any issues. Faysal Bhai and other team members has always answered my queries even during their busy hours. Our spiritual journey with Hejaz e muqaddas was excellent .Faisal Mehmood and his whole team was very co operative and tarbiati nashist for those who are performing hajj for the first time was very helpful.their set up for hujjaj e Akram was above their commitments.will choose them again for umrah also .

I have performed Hajj with Hijaze Muqaddas in June 2023. 1. Excellent onboarding and support with package details and almost everything is on point. 10/10 2. Decent arrangement of picking up from airport and transportation to haram. It took 4 more hours due to issues with "muallim". Could be a lot better 7/10 3. Excellent arrangement at Makkah Hotel 10/10 4. Wonderful transportation and baggage handling when moving to Azizia 10/10 5. Azizia stay was the highlight. Everything from stay, food and rooms were spot on! Transportation to haram could have been more frequent. 10/10 6. Transportation to Mina and Mina khaima were super nice. 10/10 7. Food and bathroom arrangements in Mina could have been a lot better. I understand that it's not a responsibility of HM. 8. Arafat stay was super hectic. No space for parking and khaima was also overcrowded. Worst thing: two groups started religious fights on the day of hajj. HM should avoid to merge with the group in future at any cost. 8. Muzdalifa stay was not up to the mark. No food, water was provided. Transportation to Azizia was very very smooth. 6/10 9. Transportation to madina was not smooth. Unnecessary delays. 6/10 10. Hotel in madina was not up to the standard. Space was not enough in rooms, kitchen was not spacious. Not worth the money. 7/10 Overall, Hijaz Muqaddis has played every member very well. Mufti's presence was a source of satisfaction. Moin Bhai continued the spirit of the group. They did not even feel any trouble. May Allah reward and accept everyone's Hajj, Ameen.
