So I was very much confused while making my reservation here because its a very new place for me and the event was very very special for me "My Wedding Anniversary"... I must say everything was upto the mark and "as it is" that was committed... full marks for this! 10/10 Hospitality and cooperation of Mr Kashif has made Us feel very very special and homely ❤ Service 10/10 Food 9/10 Quantity 9/10 Place 8/10 (no washrooms at roof top :-< )

Amazing experience! Highly recommended for special occasions. They have amazing decor and the staff is highly professional. Also the food is scrumptious.

The staff were really helpful, the food was good and so was the atmosphere. I just had a concern about the color theme I had asked for. Other than that, everything else was good 👍

Perfect place for couples to spend their happy moments (birthdays and anniversaries). They offer complementary decor with food at a very reasonable price (4000 and above). Perfect food and ambience. Visited twice for my events.

Personal opinion, Dont go there, food has no taste, i just went today, had to pay 4K for 2 main courses, 1 starter and 2 drinks, ambiance good, sort of romantic, but the food quantity was very less, chicken Honey wings were good as a starter, but Alfredo pasta had so much spice in it, plus no taste at all, i was just tasting chilli, The supreme cheese burger tasteless and super salty as if they have salt mines, very slow service as u have to sit in basement and there is no way to call them other then going upstairs, Totally not worth the time, they also ruined the spelling of my first name, like come on bro i had reservation with my full name for booking, i'll them rate 4/10

I chose bon appetit to celebrate my love one birthday. The atmosphere and decor was fab. Food was average. Led remote wasn't working 😕. Overall good place with privacy.

Food was Good. I ordered a double trouble beef burger, chicken steak and starter platter. Chicken steak was half cooked. However, beef burger and party platter was good . They have different decor setups for birthdays, anniversaries etc. Ambitious was good and service was owsome.

They are so good and then staff is so cooperative . I just love the whole decoration and their food was also up to the mark. I was afraid to invest here but after the event I'm glad that i choose bon appetit.

Recently we celebrated our anniversary here..and everything is soo perfect 🥰 decoration and food was soo nice and service is also good 👍 freshly bake cake we enjoyed alot 😃

Worst experience ever!! They don’t have ethics to talk with a customer, very rude and pathetic customer service. If you would make a booking, they will only keep asking for advance payment, without assuring you of booking. There are much better cafes for best birthday party and other events such as Cafe Romanzo.
