Tried their 'Shinwari Platter'. Excellent taste & presentation, however, had to wait for over 35 min.

Great Platters! The rice and the BBQ on top was delicious. The 2 person Shinwari platter was huge and it was enough for 4 people. The Chicken Karhai and the Garlic Naan was pretty good too. The taste , quality & quantity was all too good! The place is very pocket friendly. The servers are very professional. Finding a parking in this area can be a little tricky as it usually very busy.

Decent Place for a Family Gathering I celebrated my parents' anniversary with a group of nine at The Platter House on Burns Road. Despite the initial crowd, we easily found seating. The menu offered a wide variety of options, including rolls, barbecue, fast food, and Chinese dishes. We decided to try the signature Mutton Titanic Platter, meant for 8 persons. The quantity was impressive, especially the surplus of rice, which we had to take away. The platter included mutton leg roast, Malai boti, reshmi kabab, chicken boti, grilled onions, tomatoes, raita, and chutney. Presentation was excellent, but the taste could have been better. Although the service was a bit slow, they met all our needs. Prices were reasonable considering the current inflation rates. While our experience was pleasant and didn't spoil the occasion, I'm not sure if I'd visit again. Worth trying at least once.

We family of 4 went to try the Platter house burns road. The place was well lit but not clean. There were hygiene problem on chairs and tables. We order mix platter and Katakat with one plate rice. The water botel was not chilled nor cold. The chatni was packed in small polybags. Bad impression. Second We order raita was in plastic container nice proper packing. Both chatni and raita were of no taste. Than the platter arrives. It was with a good presentation. We started eating it. The chicken reshmi Kebab and boti were not juicy both were very dry. The paratha was much more crispy. Then to our surprise the beef Kebab were not found yes missing We called the waiter after listening to our complaint he said sorry sir we are out of stock with beef so we double the chicken items. I simply told him you should have asked us first. Which shows the restaurant owners are cheaters and fraud. The Katakat was ok. But I can not recommend this place. It was also not cheaper.

A friend took us for dinner and this was my first visit to Platter House. The seating area was congested and felt hot despite the fans are overhead. The chairs were not comfortable but the food was good. We ordered the BBQ platter which was for two persons but the platter was so full that four of us ate it. The food was cheap and the barbeque tasted better. The rice was also good but the parking space is difficult.

Well, i have been trying various food chains offering a variety of platters.. but this place right here is.. the most ordinary platter of all time... Aisa lag raha tha k paise waisted... Koe khass taste nai tha.. rice were cold and upper se vegi bharay hue thein.. chicken were ok.. but did not get the value we were looking for wont recommend to go again.. uper se family hall ka ambiance was looking good from outside.. but for gents aisa lag raha tha zaberdasti khola hua ha... Upper se sara barbq ka smoke was coming in... Extremely not worth going again.. extremely disappointed!!!

Food quality and taste is awesome but overall environment is not good

It was just average no taste in rice . Overall atmosphere was good but no proper billing receipt. 'Alvigha Platter' is better in many ways.

The taste varies. Sometimes the BBQ platter is really good other times it's just okay. But their tikka is always consistently the best in my opinion.
