Amazing services ….brilliant staff

I have visited at the wellness hospital DHA karachi today. Amazing experience. Beautifully interior designed. A top notch team of highly experienced doctors were there and the management was excellent. And the best part is this that all the medicines were available at the pharmacy. 👍👍 Satisfied 💯

Highly unprofessional staff. Especially the lady on the phone. Over priced. Likely that price setting in manipulation with other providers. Only as a last no choice.

Highly unprofessional staff. Very uncivilized, unethical & rude people.They don’t know how to talk to people. They have opened a setup but unfortunately the organization doesn’t know how to run it. And how to talk to professionals. Saying it from my own experience. I’m a doctor. I reached out to them to place my dental setup in their hospital. To which they show excitement and assistant (Sheena) asked me to meet them at 2.30pm. From my busy schedule I took time out, went there on time at 2.30pm but they made me wait for 1 HOUR. Just not that, afterwards at 3.30pm, a healthy guy in glasses came in and said I have to wait further. Being a doctor I have my patients appointed and I have to rush to another hospital to treat them therefore I requested him to make it soon as I have to leave for another clinic. To which the guy responded rudely & said “YOU CAN GO”. I requested him again to at least show me the place but he was continuously misbehaving with me and asked the guards to kick me out. It was insulting to the core. This is how they treat Professional doctors? How will they treat patients then? Even after that I call them to address the issue with their owner but they responded rudely and said “Do whatever you want to do”. I will take this issue to different Pakistan medical and dental groups. So any other doctor doesn’t go through the insult I went through.

Highly recommended hospital. I went here for my braces treatment by Dr.Akbar. I am very much satisfied with treatment. Secondly, this hospital staff is really helpful and professional. Everything is perfect about this hospital.

Fantastic! From start to bottom the hospital is like nothing I’ve seen before. I was greeted by the owners, they showed me round the hospital on Friday 7th April and made me feel so welcome. I was greeted with an overwhelming sense of enthusiasm and a real sense of passion to healthcare - something that I haven’t seen before in Karachi. I would highly recommend shifting your normal appointments to this illustrious hospital.

The best thing that I have seen cleaneness and the interior designed is superb, highly qualified doctors and staff behavior is very impressive they are dealing numerous of patients In a systematic manner. And management is also very corporative, I remember the day when I visited this hospital I have noticed that everyone was trying to provide their best of services in every possible way to every patient
