Very very bad experience! Don't recommend this place. Their lack of empathy is outraging and their poor customer service. They charged us 3000 for recementing tooth cap and it came off in one month, went again they charged us 1500 which came off in one hour! They said they can't do anything since it was temporary! What?? Are you serious! This type of response instead of acknowledgement and empathy is totally unacceptable. We're literally their neighbours and they have shown that they are their to only making money and not care about value, principles and morals, sorry to vent here but don't recommend this place to anyone. Hope someone find this helpful and find another better empathetic dentistry. Please whoever is in charge train your dentists on how to be people friendly and have good customer service. Thanks!

The facility and the doctors here are great! very clean, tidy and well equipped. I have been a regular here for all my dental care for over six years. One of my root canals that was first done over 15 years ago and has been seen by many dentists, has had issues with sensitivity and discomfort because of the way the tooth is shaped near the root and access to the bottom was HARD. In late 2023 i decided to settle the matter give re-root canal one last shot or get it extracted. Dr. Sumaiya was my consultant endodontist. the way she patiently listened to my concerns, examined the tooth, and devised a treatment plan has resulted in not only saving my tooth but also got rid of the discomfort that i had taken as a given. the skilful cure she provided is praiseworthy and deserves recognition. if you have a complicated root canal issue, she is THE doctor to consult. I have also had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Najeeb. these extractions had been recommended for some time but my fear wouldn't let me although they were desperately needed. he made these extractions so easy for me that i imagine it will be very hard to go elsewhere for it. the fear of extractions is no more there. for extractions and implants, he is your guy! I always recommend alvi dental and these doctors specifically to my family, friends, and colleagues alike as they are great professionals in what they do.

Choosing Alvi Dental for my daughter's Orthodontic treatment was one of my best decisions. Alvi Dental has amazing group of responsible and highkly skilled dentist . Dr Samiya is one them. From day one I knew my daughter was in good hands. Dr Samiya is a thorough professional with a pleasing personality. The whole 3 year dental procedure was a breeze. Never once my daughter complained or refused to go for the treatment. I completely trust and vouch for the Alvi Dental team Orthodontic team. Their charges are also reasonable compared to other Dental clinics in Karachi.

I had a positive experience at Alvi Dental Hospital. I discovered at a young age that I had missing molars since birth and would require a dental transplant in my early twenties. I chose Dr. Najeeb Saad to perform the implant procedures, and I can wholeheartedly recommend his services. Despite the complexity of my dental case, the doctor was able to handle the complications to the best of his abilities given the circumstances.

The wait time was long and also the appointment was rushed. They need to space out the appointment so that the client get enough time for queries. Rushing from one patient to another didn’t really give a good experience.
