😠 Poor shopping experience. Bad customer service and rude customer representative.

😠 I have placed order on 18January, 2024 for 3 books, which would cost me about Rs 6000 and the offer that they gave was that delivery will be free for products that will cost above 3000, however, today is 30/01/2024 and i have not received my products and there contact number is also not functional.
