I was using her services for the second time, because for the first time, I was more than satisfied so I chose mizka for my big day hair color and I told her about it. After getting the results, 1- the color and style was not what I wanted, it was totally different. 2- I didn't want my black base to change as shown in picture but they dyed my base to a color (light brownish/grey) that seem like I have used a cheap color on grey hairs, my face look changed and I look 10 years older than my age. 3- after paying extra for mizka's appointment she was not there to pay attention on what was going on with my hairs. 4- staff was very good and supportive. I am not someone who can fight on spot but I told them that was not what I wanted and base is so light however I didn't wanted to change base, mizka said it will be ok after one/two wash, you can come on monday(I went on Thursday) if you don't like it. I was literally crying after coming home and getting criticism on my hair color from family n friends was devastating. It was a disaster for my events. I had no time to go back because next day was for my services and then next day was my nikah. I get help from salon from where I got my services and they switched my color including the base along with my services in half charges than her and saved me from embarrassment on my big day. I had so much disappointment from mizka she doesn't care about a girl's big day even after charging a good amount for the special appointment. Although she has great skills but with this kind of careless attitude, I would never recommend mizka for your hair color.

Got a hair cut and highlights done. I showed pictures from her own work of what I wanted. Mizka was nice and cordial but spent max 10 mins with me during my 3 hour process. I was left at the hands of the staff that was a little rude and ignoring me despite me being the only person there for a while. And I did pay for the service to be with Mizka herself but I don't think she took the time to get to know me better to give me something I actually wanted. I'm someone who doesn't complain about a bad haircut that much I just say "hey it'll grow, it's okay" but this time it really wasn't close to what I wanted. When I'm going short I always pick a good place so I can just trust the person but I would really recommend Mizka to work on that relationship. Makes me doubt if the work that is shown on her Facebook page is actually hers or not. Asked for brown and got the YELLOW gold highlights (big chunks). Legit the epitome of doing the wrong highlight. Think the strips of streaks kind of highlights from the 90s Furthermore Mizka her self just left after cutting my hair, did not care to come down and see what the cokour looked like once it was dry and ask me if I was satisfied or not. Though she wasn't rude the way she rushed and left gave an air of 'too important to give time to each person'. Feel bad writing this because she seems like she's a nice person but that is different from being someone who gives time to the client to allow a proper blend of her expertise with what the client actually wants. She herself said okay so a brown before doing my hair but gave me yellow and then her staff were whispering while washing my hair, they seemed like they were saying it got to light. I thought the brown was too light and tried not to be too troubling because brown no matter how light isn't bad for me. Also I could see with the wet hair. Which is why Mizka should've stayed till the end of the process. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY disappointed 😞

Have been to Mizka twice, it was 5 years ago and I was so satisfied with the treatment and the service. Therefor o tried hair color with her this week and am so incredibly disappointed. I showed her a picture of her work and told her what color I wanted. The color I got was not even close to that. She barely spent 10-15 minutes on me in total and the assistant did the rest. Seemed like she wasn't interested in the job or if the customer was satisfied.It was not easy to discuss or tell. My hair got so fizzy and dull after the blowdry, i asked to fix it up which made all the curls go away and my hair got wavy and weird and even more fizzy. I wasted 26000 on it. I had a haircut for 2000 with an assistant in addition and there was not much to be done. I see in retrospect how hopeless the clip was. The Salon is in areas where you don't get mobile signals.

The most worst ever saloon at DHA.i request all of you don't come here and waste ur time..I brought my wife for facial their services are the worst ever..don't waste ur money and time and try other saloons in the area..

I had the worst experience. Went there for highlights and Mizka literally burnt my hair. They are least conscious about customers interest. Even after all that bleaching she couldn’t give me the desired colour and I ended up with lots of regrets. My hair texture has ruined and she only gives false hope of correcting it. Not recommended by me at all!!!!

Worst place for hair colour and haircut. Damaged my hair and doesn't care if clients are not satisfied. Please don't waste your time and money.

Worst haircut and color experience! Haircut was uneven and the person doing it couldn’t even fix it. I was left unsatisfied. Hair dye faded after the first wash only! I contacted mizka and told her the issues, she was kind enough and called me again to get it fixed. Haircut was made bearable and i was fine with the outcome. I don’t know what they did for the color, but after the first wash it faded again and now I’m left with light brownish, goldenish, orangish looking dry, rough and damaged hair. Save your time and money but not visiting them!

I had Very very bad experience there. They almost burnt my hairs. I went for smoothing. My hairs were already damaged but after treatment my all hairs are burnt. This is my sincere advise to all ladies never go there for hair treatment.

Mizka is one of the finest hair transfomer, I have availed her services in Smoothening and Hair dye and she did a splendid job. A very down to earth person with professional expertise in her profession. Highly Recommeded👍😇😊
