We chose this place to celebrate a birthday and opted for a dinner buffet. The ambience was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the food quality and taste were simply pathetic. I mean, there were no basic food options that are commonly available in buffet dinner restaurants like bbq and Chinese etc. Moreover, they claimed 75 dishes, and I'm sorry that we were unable to find any single valuable dish that could have justified the hefty price we paid. Overall food rating: 2/10 Cost approximately 3600 per person ๐Ÿ™„

over all I wouldn't give this a 5 stars rating. Maybe on Pakistan people may think this is a top total but really it s not. My 2 nights stay was more by circumstances not by desire. First the over prices of the room. Once the room was given it had mold and water damage. After a complaint they were forced to move up to a better room. The mini bar wasn't even full and seem used. Even after complaining nothing was done. Coffee wasn't available in the room even when a coffee machine was. After 2 days of complaining still didn't get coffee. Had to buy it. Any type of room serves was a 3 to 4 time call. Nothing was done on time without having to call more then 3 times. I know itโ€™s hard for foreigner find a good hotel in Pakistan but when you think you did buyers beware. Rooms were clean but had a moldi small. Good luck to you all. There is nothing complamentry in complementary in Pakistan.

Absolutely horrible service. It was so bad that we were just amused and laughing how they just would forget about what we asked and we would have to keep reminding them. Gave us smoking with really bad smell while we specifically had booked non smoking room But they kept telling us that no we did book smoking room. I had to show them my booking as proof. Then we were moved to a different room with broken main door lock, just endured it as relied on the chain for privacy and peace of mind.

Due to some circumstances I had to stay for a night at the Ramada. Good choice made! Room is very nice and spacious plus contemporary free water ๐Ÿคช. Hi Tea Buffet was scrumptious and I will update my review once I have breakfast in the morning but I heard very good things about it. Oh yeah very good room service as well! Breakfast was your complimentary breakfast with choices of fruits, pastries and others. You can get your choice of eggs made as well! Everything was nice and hot.

Had an official meetup, Wonderful staff and good food, though we couldn't beat the level of spice Indian food carries but our guests enjoyed it fully. Had a guest from u.s and Dubai...works perfect. I enjoyed my time there ...recommended for further meetups too.

Ramada Hotel Karachi is an excellent place to stay for anyone visiting the city. The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that are well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to major attractions, shopping centers and Airport. The food served at the hotel's restaurants is delicious, and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and conference rooms. Overall, I highly recommend Ramada Hotel Karachi for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

My wife and I stayed here twice while In Pakistan during the middle of August 2023 and enjoyed the staff very much. The chef at breakfast made delicious omelettes and Sunil was very helpful and friendly. We needed an ironing board and apparently there is only one or two ironing boards in the hotel because it took quite a while to get one and we couldn't keep it in our room over night. The first night I received several bug bites on my back and arm pit that took 2 weeks to heal. The bites were very itchy. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport and the grounds were massive. The outdoor pool area looked very nice but unfortunately we didn't have time during our stay to enjoy it. Overall, I would stay here again mainly due to the convenience of being close to the airport.

I am yet to try the rooms here but I've visited the restaurants here multiple times and found the behavior of the overall staff extremely unprofessional, rude and lacking basic customer service. I would like to meet the GM of this hotel as this can affect their ratings if this continues. It doesn't matter if your hotel is small or big, the professionalism, humbleness and courtesy of the staff is all that matters at the end of day. Being an international chain they should focus on customer support and train their weird staff to follow the basic etiquettes.

Stay for one night and experience was good. Room size was not good. Complementary cafe was just for name and with very short options available. I not feel comfortable at this place so donโ€™t recommend to others and will also try not to stay again there. Breakfast was good with very good service and over all food was good.

Extremely pathetic booking and billing service. They created a mess by not accepting a companyโ€™s cheque and insisted to pay in cash or online. There were so many hidden taxes that were not conveyed earlier. It took them 30 minutes to prepare a bill because their computers were getting hanged again and again. Nobody was clear to give an appropriate advice. I would never recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing dinner experience at the hotel near the airport. The location is perfect, and the Chinese cuisine was a delightful surprise. The poolside barbeque adds an extra charm. The quality of food and the professional environment made it a memorable visit, even without staying overnight. Definitely a five-star dinner experience!

In the heart of the city, near Airport, the Ramada Plaza stands as a beacon of luxury and hospitality, offering guests a truly indulgent experience. The rooms at Ramada Plaza are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. From luxurious bedding to state-of-the-art technology, every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. One of the hotel's standout features is its dining options, which cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. Whether you're craving international cuisine, traditional local dishes, or gourmet delights, the onsite restaurants deliver exceptional culinary experiences that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, Ramada Plaza offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a tranquil spa, and a refreshing swimming pool. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or maintain your fitness routine while traveling, the hotel has you covered. Despite the hotel's reputation for luxury and hospitality, I have reported encountering issues with slow or inconsistent room service, leading to delays in receiving orders and frustration among guests. Despite this shortcoming in the room service department, the overall dining experience at Ramada Plaza remains a highlight of my stay. With its diverse range of culinary offerings, impeccable quality, and tantalizing flavors, the hotel's restaurants are sure to leave a lasting impression on even the most discerning palates. In conclusion, while Ramada Plaza may fall short in the realm of room service, its culinary offerings more than make up for any shortcomings. With its amazing food range, quality, and taste, this hotel continues to delight guests with its exceptional dining experiences, leaving them eager to return for more culinary adventures.

Stayed here one night before catching an early morning flight. Had dinner with my family at the hotel before they sent us off. Service by the pool was expectionally good especially Robert. The hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful. Big reason I won't be returning was cockroaches in our rooms bathroom. I had all our luggage in the room and will have to freeze it before I bring them into our house. I'd expect more from this brand of hotels.

Disappointed food. I paid Rs 11000 for three person with one of the lowest quality buffet food I have ever eaten. They lost all his glory and looks like dyeing down. The staff were rude and not helpful. They didn't refill up dishes, no tea or drink, cold and stale food and surprisingly the place has some smell. I suggest them either to close it or give it to some professional people to run it. It used to be real good restaurant almost a ten year ago.

Wondering how the guests are giving it 5 star ratings. Most of the people are using restaurants or swimming pool and thus there is no other options in nearby locality, hence they felt that this the best ๐Ÿคฃ Anyhow our experience was horrible, including guests service and the restaurants. Looking into the price we paid for our stay, there ard lots of good options in main city. Accordingly, 1 star from our end !!!

I had a chance to stay here for 8 days during my trip to Pakistan. I wont lie, but I was surprised! The rooms are clean but definitely require major upgrades. The bedsheet and comforter were stained inside the liner. The TV and cable system was ancient and could use some solid upgrades. The sofa in the room was from my grand father times and definitely could be upgraded. The facility it self was spot on clean. The photos that most visitors have posted are out dated. I went to the pool and it was absolutely clean! Fresh towels were always accessible. Health centre was great as well but require some polishing on their customer service. Especially the ladies at the counter. Bell boys were super nice and friendly and security was great! In-room dining can definitely be looked after and make changes, order once in room dining and I met with half cooked chicken tikka! One thing, I couldn't get any food delivered from outside as every restaurant was out of radius from this place. So I recommend grabbing food on your way in or out from the hotel, as no fast food chain will think of delivering. If you have nothing to do on the defence or Clifton side, this hotel is a perfect choice!

Horrible experience so far, as soon as I entered the room, there was hair in my bed and eyeliner marks. There was cigarette ashes on the floor. I asked to change sheets, they came in without mask and gloves and asked me to point it out before changing. (They did not believe me). Hygiene overall in this hotel is awful. I will never come back here and do not recommend anyone to do so either.

Decent location for Karachi but the hotel was disappointing: 1.) stayed in the executive king room, upon checking in the bed sheets were dirty along with the pillows 2.) toilet was not flushed and sink was dirty 3.) there was cockroaches in the room At 11pm on both nights the water was switched off till 4am for maintenance, unfortunately they had sold out of water bottles so weโ€™re unable to provide some to my room so had to go to the shop and toilet outside the hotel. Staff were generally nice and tried to help but the reservations manager was a little harsh :(

One of the nicest hotels in Karachi. I have stayed in Regent Plaza, Beach Luxury, Avari, Ramada Creek. But this one was better. Rooms are crisp and Clean. Although the lobby is small. They have a nice pool area. Situated in a relatively safer place of Karachi.

Ramada claims it self to be a 5 star but I my opinion they have lot to put in yet. I stayed for two nights this month and HVD some observations. - Worn out towels in bathroom - dirty plastic in rooms as room service did not replace. - AC temperature control out of order. - Locker placed in room was not functioning. I informed all to Manager at checkout. Few pictures are attached

Do not stay at this hotel. WiFi does not work. The shampoo was spoiled (I had to put it in a glass and bring it to lobby and ask the reception to smell it). Bed sheets were dirty with blood spots on them. The shower floors were dirty and sticky. They charge $100 to $120 per night for this bad place.

Smoking room at level 2. Be sure to avoid it if youโ€™re a non smoker. Tried changing rooms but hotel was not able to accommodate due to high occupancy rate on weekends. Other than that, no issues. Thanks.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Rooms and facilities were average. Service was minimal. Too noisy in the corridor at late night not just from guests but also from staff so was impossible to get some sleep.

We stayed there for 10 days. The hotel is located very near to the Karachi international airport with lots of greenary. We have found the hotel staffs very helpful but there are few areas to improve which needs the direct attention of hotel management. Hence our experience is having ups and downs. The thing which we like the most is the perfect and quick checkout.

La terrace never disappoints us. We have visiting them from 8 years on several occasions. High tea, lunch and dinner buffet, breakfast. Hygiene is the top priority as usually it is crowded by foreigners. Staff always being Cooperative and generous too. Lots of variety. They also have squash, tea and coffee dispenser with no limit which is one of the perks not offered by any other restaurants usually.

It was a fine experience to select the Ramada plaza as event venue. It was nice place and staff was very cooperative and friendly. It has proper parking space with valet service. Pool side area has a nice ambience and better sitting area while it has the proper pathway to Shalimar which can be good place for the big crowd events. Dilshad hall is at the first floor and good for corporate meetings for 50 people. But rest rooms have low quality facilitation and no janitorial staff is available most of the time. While, in the shalimar lots of mosquitoes are on the garden and irritating all the time. I will recommend Ramada plaza for the bigger events.

Invited to attend 2 events I. E. Mehndi and Baraat back to back 2 days. The management really spoil the Mehndi function by organizing another Ghazal event (males only) side by side at pool side. Our family function spoiled as they were too load and we all know how people behaves in such Qawali/ghazal nights.... The ghazals were all about Sharab and botal....... The Baraat went fine the food in Mehndi was fine however in Baraat it was of better quality and taste. The venue selected as guests arrived from various cities and it was difficult to manage boarding and lodging of all guests...

Came from Canada for 6 days. Good things: 1. Security is great, as safe as it gets. 2. Staff is nice, cordial, well accomodating. 3. Cleanliness is great. Staff comes to clean rooms, or does not if you have Do not Disturb on, which is good. 4. Breakfast is free and amazing. Everything is great (parathas could be a bit better). 5. The hotel itself is really bice to taoe a stroll. Bad things: 1. Somewhat expensive (nothing can be done about this) 2. There is no outside food allowed. They say its for our stomach, and so they dont get sued for upsetting the stomach, but guests can just as easily go out and eat good, and come back, eat food and get upset stomach from outside. It seems this is just for making money in the hotel. 3. Room service prices are about 3 times more expensive than outside food from what I see. 4. The person who called to tell us our room was about to end, was extremely rude. There was some confusion, and I had gotten the days mixed (my fault) but she was extremely rude, and cut me off to say go downstairs and talk, but you must leave (which I already started packing). The person downstairs was very friendly. Overall 4/5

Ramada Hotel assumes a distinction due to its location, Security arrangements, hospitality of its staff, Ambiance, food and the allied facilities it offers to its guests. I have on various occasions enjoyed my stay and visits to Ramada and have some cherished memories associated with the hotel. Safety and Security arangements need to be given special mention as you always get an extra feeling of assurance of a safe and secure environment when you are at Ramada. I recommend Ramada for all people to visit and stay.

Hello All Dear Hotel Lovers, have been visiting Ramada Plaza for quite some times. What a wonderful rare mix of great management, staff and chefs whose prepared food be it ala carte or buffet is always mouth watering and most delicious. Ramada's ambience, building, structures etc, all is worth visiting again and again. The security and admin is immensely well looked after. In simple words, Ramada Karachi is the best lodging and boarding rendezvous.

Seamless check-in and checkout. Courteous staff, always available for assistance. Family friendly. The only minor issue during the stay was less water pressure in washroom. All in all a great experience. Will visit again with family.

My rating is only based on my experience at the Le Terrace restaurant at this hotel. I visited them for High Tea and was extremely disappointed with the quality of food, the variety, selection, presentation, from the perspective of local and continental cuisine. A lot of food items were stale and dry. Taste and quality was awful. The general ambience was well below what would be expected of a hotel which hosts international guests. This is a real shame as I had a positive experience with them back in 2009 and again in 2015. But today was nothing like that. I would recommend Marriott instead!

This hotel is in a peaceful area and very near to the airport. However, main city and business centers are at some distance from here. The overall environment is good, however, you can occasionally find mosquitoes and cockroaches in your room which indicates that hotel is too occupied and having low quality of cleaning. Breakfast is good and verity of food is usually available which can help you being energetic during the day. However, I don't recommend their food for dinner and lunch. The pool side bar b q is relatively better.

We spent 2 nights at Ramada Hotel and it was a lovely experience. Room service was great, breakfast buffet was so good. So many options, from traditional Pakistani breakfast to English breakfast, all options were available. Special thanks to Abdul jalil and Ishtiyar for their hospitality at La Terrace, their service was amazing. Would love to stay here in the future.

Ramada is truly one of the best hotels in Karachi. They have gentle staffs and they are very cooperative. The management is also great. Apart from that the food and the rooms were good.

Terrible experience! Would not recommend this third class hotel. We went to use pool and other facilities, for which we paid 5000 PKR each. Well, after swimming for abt an hour, we ordered food from the restaurant besides pool. It took them around 1hr to bring food, although there were just a few guests around. Food was cold, as it was placed in fridge before serving. Staff was so unprofessional. You can see the restaurant in attached picture. I will not recommend anybody to order even a bottle of water from this restaurant. We returned our food back and had to leave early. It ruined the whole experience. They are charging a huge amount for a very poor service. Think twice before going there.

I attended a conference at Marquee Hall. Maintenance of the hall was average. Washrooms near Hall were just OK. Area to perform ablution (wazoo) was a disaster. Dirty seats, no shade and all the mops with mopping trollies are there. Seemingly ablution area is used for filling and emptying the mopping trolleys. Food is always of good quality at Ramada.

I stayed for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff is super cooperative, friendly and supportive. Facility is very neat, clean and hygienic. Breakfast is good. Didnโ€™t get the chance to experience the pool and health club, but dinner at poolside BBQ was very nice. Keep up the good work Team Ramada !

I didn't like this place. The service was not good and the Gym was a total DISASTER! The staff called me to ask how was my stay, i said "not good" and their answer was "ok sir thank you so much" ! ๐Ÿ˜„ It felt like just ticking the box. The main restaurant is totally dull. The pool bar though is a good place to eat. The only thing i enjoyed a tiny bit in this hotel was this pool bar and restaurant. The room maintenance was so bad that my morning shower had no warm water and the shower was not fixed property and dropped on me.

We stayed here over the Eid holidays. Our experience here was not enjoyable. The staff at the check in desk were not very welcoming and had a bad attitude. The room was average, could have been cleaner. The room services were very slow and sometimes didnโ€™t even bother fulfilling our requests. We also tried their La Trasse restaurant, it didnโ€™t get any better there. Food was overpriced, not very fresh at all and service was very slow. The reason I gave an extra star is because the breakfast buffet might be their only saving grace. Food at the buffets was always fresh and good variety. Overall Iโ€™m not very impressed at all with my stay here. Not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel.

Excellent hotel! Nothing was too much! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simper and delicious located downstairs it was a lovely set up. Felt very homey. The room was clean & I loved the instant coffee/Tea sachets! The bit I loved the most about the hotel was the reading area which was quiet & provided the perfect place to sit & relax after a busy day.

Booked 2 rooms last minute and it was such a pleasure. The service is top tier and the breakfast, high tea and room service food were all delicious with a great variety to satisfy any craving. The facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are great to use also. I'm looking forward to return for several nights in the future ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

For the price - strongly not recommended. Booked a deluxe room. Room was filthy, lobby was a literal ashtray - even basics supplies like fresh sheets and new toiletries were not there. Room service is super slow and pricey. Check in and out times are long so plan ahead if you are in a hurry. Be prepared to pay additional service charges at the time of checkout for God knows what. Staff attitude was however compensating, specially at the restaurants.

We attended a wedding in the marquee. It was well maintained. Glass walls were a bonus as they made it look bigger. Food was nice. Air-conditioning was very good. The only down point was a tight parking space.

2 stars for the location only because it is far from the city and communte time is long, but other than that it's probably in the most secure place in Karachi, and away from the hustle bustle, nice quiet place. The hotel has all facilities and well maintained.

Room had heating which was not working. Very noisy experience as the staff or other guest passing the room ,all their talking and discussions is like sitting in the middle. Very uncomfortable. There is a dire need to sound proof the rooms.

Worst ever experience. The receptionist could not find my booking though the hotel car came to pick me up. She charged me 9000 more than the agreed price. Room sink was dirty, hard visible hair on it. Only one used towel available in bathroom. The duatbin was full. Bed had hair once I removed the sheets. Very unclean hotel and unorganized.

Considered one of the specious option to stay in whenever one visits Karachi. The rooms and services are comparable to other hotels of similar class. However, it's location gives it a distinctive feature especially for a frequent flyer as it is close to Jinnah International Airport Karachi. There is a well equipped health club. Also they were offering summer classes for kids which includes swimming and much more.

Previously run by PIA as HOTEL MIDWAY. New management under the Ramada group has fully renovated this property, and now it is a very good option if you want to stay close to Airport. Rooms are good, and the food is good. Besides restaurants, there is a beautiful poolside food setup.

It wasnโ€™t a great experience in ramada, room was excellent, room-service is also good, everything was fine. except when i checked out, unfortunately , i left my phone adopter and data cable in hotel room. i have contacted the management and hotel staff multiple times, they acknowledged that room-keeping has my adaptor and cable. they transferred my call to them, then they said we will dispatch your stuff at your address, after the manager approval. i tried to contact them many times, but every-time i got the same responseโ€full of excusesโ€ and its been more than a month.

My stay was for business reasons. Itโ€™s an ok place for a stay, close to airport. Despite of room make up, I noticed soiled bed sheets. Service is not at a standard. In-house pone keeps ringing and no one bothers to reply. For any errand like laundry or room service, unless you donโ€™t call multiple times, no one turns up. Food served in room isโ€™nt a delight and not recommended. Understaffed breakfast area with rude staffs, at live cooking station.

As a first time in Ramada, I initially checked in with my partner for one day. It was an 6/10 looking hotel with 8/10 level of security. We ended up extending our stay to 4 days because of our pleasant experience with the hotel manager Shazia. She definitly deserves a raise for creating an accomdative and relaxing environment for the guests that has impact on customer loyalty to the franchise directly. I would also mention Ismail in pool section who noticeably went out of his way to make our night enjoyable. Thank you for providing us with such incredibly professional people. On the downside, some of the night staff/managers/room-service responders require training on handling requests professionally and should be up-trained in communication and interpersonal skills.

I've just spent 1 week at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Karachi and my feelings are more than mixed. Although the staff are very courteous and helpful, the whole thing isn't up to the standard of a 5-star hotel: Every morning I had to run the water for 5 minutes before getting hot water, when it rained I had to slalom between the buckets that collected the water leaks, my room had no window and was close to the service entrance with the passage of food carts and employee traffic, in the middle of the night the sound of music from events taking place in the hotel came through the ventilation shaft .... When we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 a.m., after 15 hours of transport, only 7 rooms out of 18 were ready! We had 11 other rooms drop by drop between 7 and 10 a.m., and as luck would have it, when a guest checked out, one room was free half an hour later! When it came time to pay, the hotel charged us for the night as if we'd spent it as normal !!!!! After several hours of negotiations, the hotel ended up only offering a 30% discount for the last 4 rooms allocated between 9 and 10 a.m. Not only had the hotel not organized in advance to receive us, even though they knew our arrival time and that we were to have 18 rooms when we arrived from the airport early in the morning, but they made no effort to excuse this situation. This is not acceptable in a hotel that claims to be of international standard. TO BE AVOIDED
