Rooms were really big, neat and clean. They provided all the facilities, such as free high speed internet, excellent staff they were really friendly and polite; they provided room service to me at 3am in the morning. The hotel has a generator that provides back up for all the rooms, even the AC plus all the AC were new. A very secure, homely and family orientated environment at very economical rates.

Rooms are good but the room service is really bad. Even they dont alow you to talk a bit loud in the room. They charge you for every thing. Even for the breakfast. Kitchen is off the hook after 7pm. And the cook is really bad too. No room cleaning is done during your stay. Even a bike was stolen from the parking compound during my stay. So be careful.

The rooms were in good condition and available on reasonable rates but the service was not upto the mark, hidden charges were alot, they were even charging for empty extra plates.

This hotel is great as a space if you going with small family, its in the center of city, compared the price from others its better if you looking for normal stay, but the only issue is there is not super clean, you will going to find roaches even inside the fridge. All basic facilities are included sometimes the operator forget that you placed the order and then you will need to remind them. It is safe to stay there but make sure you have your eyes open.

Owner is very kind and welcoming. The premises shares a wall with a mosque so prayer is only a few steps away. Walking distance from Shahrah-e-Faisal as well as Mehmoodabad. Staff is kind and cooperative.

i have seen the comments and i am not surprised as the this property is really bad, when you enter into the luxury inn, on reception there is smell like we enter in the clinic or hospital.Receptionist having smell all the staff having bad smell, cockroaches and other bugs in the rooms. Never recommend luxury inn to anyone.

A good place to stay .good cooperative Management . nice rooms alot of space . The owner is a humble person. would recommend family rooms for 3 to 4 persons .

Had an absolutely disappointing experience with them. Poor communication between staff, poor customer service, extreme discrimination towards Pakistani guests (the staff talked politely to the guest from abroad, but their tone and attitude was extremely rude and unreasonable towards us - so unless I don't speak in an accent I will be treated badly), poor maintenance of the room, I can go on with the list. So disappointing.

A good and safe place to stay with family with all the facilities in reasonable charges, the owner is so religious and good person. (they only allow families to stay) yehi unka plus point hai kisi bhi qism ki ghair ikhlaaqi activities jo hoti hain doosray guests houses ya hotels main. Unki yahan bilkul ijazat nahi..

Very bad third class guest house,I have never seen this kind of guest house.room's pillows had stains of food or I dnt know which kind of stains.i called to the reception and complaint to the receptionist,but room boy came after 2 hours,i have been there 2 months ago.very disappointed.

Every thing was fine but the receptionist (Old women) changes her attitude when i was checking out after giving good reviews on booking. Com 😅

Worst,worst and worst guest house in Karachi,Dirty rooms,bugs and mosquitos in the rooms,even in the lobby lots off mosquitos, cockroaches.even cats and kittens roaming all around in the lobby in the rooms.on the stairs.room's furniture was too old.beds are broken from every where.rooms are big but really can't say anymore.it was just a horror dream for me, i didn't stay I check out on the spot.bad smell in the whole property.after coming outside of this guest house,took a deep breath.

Been there for a month almost. Spacious rooms. Very quick service if you need anything in the room like plates knife bowl. Safe bike/car parking. Owner is very kind and religious person. near from shops/hospital/masjid. Plus complimentry breakfast (chae paratha anda jam bread).

One of the best place to stay it's location is very accommodating and the environment here is really friendly I would like u to recommend you to go and stay at this place in Karachi it is great and enjoyable.
