It was a quite nice spot to hang out with friends and family. I went there with my friends for the hi-tea buffet. Nonetheless, the buffets began serving at 5:30 rather than 5 pm (the hours were 5pm–7pm), most likely due to the fact that most guests arrive later than expected. Everything was satisfactory but not quite enough. I was let down by the nachos, though 😕. However, the location is great for capturing photographs 😄Nice experience all around 👍🏻

Went there for the first time. I had a wonderful time as the place was very relaxing. But yeah to enjoy it, I had to climb the stairs and passage was more like a bhool bhulaiyan type. The food was good. I ordered chicken chowmein and matka chai...I loved the candy shop inside ...didn't miss rafaello 😊❤️

Average place & average food. Might be good for quick bite. Took 30 min to serve. We ordered Club-sandwich, Fry Platter, Desi Bun Kababs. Average taste & eatable. Only chai was upto the mark! Their food was good but their service was too slow even they served everything including the water bottle but forgot to give the glass, and that glass took 10 mins to approach us haha!! Mosquitoes are the other big problem there!

Retreat club / koyla chai is the best place to relax and have yummy food. You order paratha or fast food or fo for a desi food you will never be disappointed. They have amazing tea menu which most of the chai places can't beat the taste... Today I had Turkish toast kabab what amazing taste it had just like the ones we have it in Turkey 🇹🇷.

Very impressive and loving atmosphere with dedicated staff. The pool site was very charming . We had Biryhday Party over there. A serene view of the pool attracted our children very much and the area was reserved for our family that ❤ made our hearts 💕 happier ❤ . A dinner and family feasting the first time we really enjoyed. I used to love Koyla Chai, they had amazing taste and really hospitable staff - Now they're just focussing on earning money and they've lost their path. I went there on the 25th of December, they charged 150/- for an entry because of that snow show for kids. (even though, I didn't want it) I just wanted to dine in for the food, but they charged 150 per head for an entry, then their manager asked us to sit on a very congested table and said I will move you guys on comfortable one in 5-8 mins. The order had arrived after 30-35 mins but he didn't switch our table. The food was so below average that I can't tell. Their pasta was PATHETIC, their burgers and sandwiches were average and cold. IMO they're only surviving because of their vibe and they've pretty good singers.

Good open sky cafe .the vibes and the ambiance was pleasant .There was a good variety on the menu . The problem was the mosquitoes and poor stairs which can make elderly dizzy but overall a great place to go out and chill. (ps they did say the elevator is to be installed)

Honestly the food is overpriced and very average tasting. Service is so slow and lazy. At first they served us masala fries when we order garlic mayo fries and we paid same. When we complained about it they said "yeh aik hi HOTA hai" atleast correct food should be served. Next they gave us soup which was literally cold we gave it back and got it exchanged for a hot one. I think the atmosphere and vibe is amazing. Live music is entertaining and it's a great place for pictures. There's snowfall, gorilla lounge, Christmas decorations, candy shop on 1st floor. Overall place is great but food and service is not worth it. If ur planning to go there soon I must recommend you to take a quick bite and only order starters and less food. Worst experience. When we reached the place at 9am the seats and tables are not cleaned. Food we ordered is late. Taste of breakfast is below average. The special matka chai is an average chai there is nothing special about it. The only good thing about the place is you can take quality photos and it is well decorated.

Tried the Matka Chai and Matka Kulfi. Both were superb. Service was extremely slow. Their goal may have been to have us listen to a minimum of 21 live songs before leaving :-p

They just need to improve their food quality. Otherwise, the restaurant is so good. Rooftop singing is something you would admire. A perfect place to have a perfect weekend paying reasonable prices.

It's was amazing experience and really pleasant atmosphere the food is good Chicken koyla karahi and in mocktails mint lemonade 👍 Their chicken cheese ball not good as much and valet parking available but you have to pay charges.

The staff is very cooperative. The staff responds very quickly to any feedback provided by the customer which I liked the most. Environment is pretty cool. The female singer sings really well, and the best part is that you can request any song of your own choice and she'll sing it for you right there (If she remembers the lyrics 😉😉😉). Highly recommended for Family as well as Group of friends.

Very poor service and very slow We got food after 1hr waiting and it was served wrong 2item out of 5. Items that are mentioned in the menu are not available. After a long wait when the food came it was cold and we ordered veg food and they came with non veg food but after all of this they apologised and manager came they were ready to give us anything complementary. Overall our experience was really really bad i would not go there again

A very good restaurant with multiple options all in one place, outdoor seating, indoor seating, candy shop etc. Food is also great & not to forget about great ambiance with little to no disturbance of traffic. Highly recommended to go if it's rainy weather.

It was unpleasant experience as it was Saturday and still there was no good food service provided . Hi tea was 5 to 7 but most of the food ended by 6:10 only .. I really wonder how is this going on .
