Today i had an appointment with Dr. Naveed H. Alvi. Such a nice consultant. But i gave 3 stars because , when i get free after consultancy, i want to exit, but i couldnt find the exit gate. I entered in other room, cashier told me sir ye exit nahi hai exit samne hai. Then the lady nurse was literally laughing. Tell me, if i insulted her in front of others, what will be the value of that 3rd class lady. Please train them how to deal with customers. Total conclusion ks that Doctor consultancy = 10/10 Staff management = 5/10 Thank you

I had a PRP session for Hair at Alkhaleej, I must say it was a pathetic experience. Dr.irfan and Dr. Sanjay seemed least interested to ans questions being consultation free of cost. Even after paying for the treatment Dr.sanjay seemed in utter haste to do the treatment, he covered a couple of points only n left. A patient require counselling post procedure but no Dr. Sanjay despite being free in his office wouldn't want to guide the patients properly. A BIG NO to alkhaleej. I will not be going there again inshaa Allah.

I Took my wife there for hair fall. she was having a lot of hair fall so I took her to Dr. Naveed. He recommended PRP sessions to her so we took around 4 sessions with some time period between the sessions. the results are very promising and my wife is very happy alhamdulillah. a must visit place for your hair skin problems.

Won’t recommend. Horrible customer service and reception staff. Rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional. It was my first experience at R5 and probably my last. Going to the doctors is already an anxious experience but the staff make sure to make it worse. Opt for a better clinic if you’re considering this.

My review is not for the doctors but overall administration and staff. Appointments are random af, you are given a time and then randomly your slot is changed without any valid reason. Sometimes there is no apparent change in your time of appointment but god knows which secret clients show up that you are made to wait despite being on time

Dr. Mohammad Jawad is such an I'll mannered person that he doesn't even know how to interact with a client. I had a chance to visit him at his clinic. He didn't give me any logic or reason for the treatment and also made fun of my problem. after, he called his assistant and charged me the full amount without giving me proper time and prescribing any medication. So, don't get fooled by the interior design, pictures hanging on the walls, and staff. These all are gimmicks to attract peers. So beware! As many laureates have become swindlers...

Jan 05, 2021 =========== WORST EXPERIENCE!!!. After the months of frustration, writing this review. I only got 20% result after 11 months even though Dr Irfan was confident for excellent results. I have been trying to contact Dr. Irfan or Dr. Sanjay for months now but staff never had them call me back. I paid the full amount for 2000 grafts but seems like they have put less than 1000 grafts and now they are not even responding because results are worst and still I can see my scalp. I even don't know if Doctors know about this as Mr. Bilal was keep promising me that Dr will call me back and now even not responding. I can provide the full chat history as the proof. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY (Rs. 160,000) !!!. Jan 06, 2021 =========== Dr. Sanjay finally called me after couple of months after I have put the negative review. He told me that He was not aware of any of this and he will complaint about Bilal to administration (which I doubt it) because Bilal did not inform doctors (including Dr. Irfan) about my situation. Dr Sanjay will look into my case and get back to me. Let's see how long it takes now. Jan 16, 2021 =========== It's been 10 days now and am still waiting as Dr Sanjay has still not called me back. Not sure how long it takes to study just one case and call back. Feb 02, 2021 =========== Still waiting for a call back from Dr Sanjay or Dr Irfan. It shows how much they care about their patients.

I have wasted my 70k on facelaser sessions .. even after sooo many session (7-8) my hair growth is still same . I have to use tinkle On daily basis .. just a big name but results are zero atleast in my case

They post Testimonial right after surgery but suggest patient to wait for 8 months. After 2 PRP's doctor Sanjay prescribe me DHT blocker, If DHT blocker is solution why they suggest me PRP treatment? I know the pros of blockers are limited but the cons are plenty. After 5 months of hair transplanted surgery, I am not satisfied with AlKhaleej Clinics, I am waiting for to complete 8 months, then I will post my complete review regarding hair transplanted, but their PRP is not recommended.

I had acne issues so I searched the internet and found Alkhaleej on top so I went there and met with Dr Alvi. He is a very nice Dr and gave me a few medications. Within just a few days my acne was gone. The staff here helps you out wwith everything and I love the environment and setup that they have. I will be going there for Dental issues as well very soon.

I got my treatment done An year ago and Duing medication and treatment, my skin got fully clear and free of acne, but when the time of the treatment was completed, after few months I started getting acne again. And now its been an year and my skin is full of pimples and the treatment was temporary. I wasted almost 50,000. Dr. HINA gave me expensive medicines, she did my Vampire facial and what not, but everything was just temporary. Idk why they don't care about their patient's trust on them. Very dissapointed.

He prescribed all local products for which he surely gets sponsored for plastic surgery seminars and workshops to foreign countries. He didn't even bother to explain me how and when to use the products and what could be the side effects. When I asked he misbehaved and said everything is written on the leaflet. Started talking irrelevant, offered nuts. Waste of money.

I visited Dr Irfan on 5 January 2021 as I was having problem of hemorrhoids. He performed my hemorrhoidectomy on 7 January 2021. Since it is very painful procedure for the patients I used to message him again n again for small n petty issues and he always responded me on messages and calls. Dr Irfan have shown really professional and responsible behaviour. I have been visiting him every week until now for follow up. He have been available and have been answering all my queries and concerns. Just because of his attitude and positive attitude I have been able to handle this pain. Though the recovery periods of such a surgery is more than 6 weeks but I have been working normally from second week and I have been able to manage the pain very well. The overall environment of the clinic is good and staff is professional. They keep track of everything and with the current pandemic situation they are taking necessary precautions as well. Inshaa Allah once I am done with this problem I will definitely be getting my hair transplant from Al khaleej clinic.
