My sister took the treatment for pigmentation removal ,but the behaviour and treatment itself is not worth it . 1) Initial check fees is very high (2500) 2) The treatment required 4 session but no result was visible. The doctor itself is not corporative and look for free money i-e expensive medicines and expensive laser sessions. So, please don't waste your money here . They are not worthy of your time and money .. Instead of regretting after wasting so much money please "DON'T GO"

Just really appalled at the lack of communication between staff and the super sonic speed at which some of the doctors work leaving the patient feeling like he/she got no time. Dr Ayesha in particular never listens to you thoroughly and is always in a hurry. Dr Asra is comparatively sensitive and attentive. They don't explain the treatments how they work or the side effects in detail. They don't write the name of all the options for you. They hand you slips of paper with abbreviations for you to read up on. None of them think of writing their names or writing a follow up date. They don't maintain a proper file for you nor send you reminders for followups. Everything administration wise is haphazard and shockingly poor given the costs they charge. You leave as confused as you came in, only 10k shorter. Positives: cleanliness of staff and rooms.

I visited your clinic in block 9 for laser treatment. She charged me 15k for the laser of a private part. She sat and got up within three minutes hitting up to five laser shots. When I got back home and went to the washroom to prepare for Namaz, I was disappointed to find out that the hair growth was the same as it was an hour back when I left for the clinic. She didn't do a razor, she didn't apply any gel.. It was a complete waste of time and money. Besides the loss of confidence and trust in laser treatment.

I was prescribed a concoction for my skin condition which, I found out after my appointment, was prepared in-house and came in a container with no ingredients mentioned. No-one knew what was in it and the doctor had not bothered telling me what she was prescribing. Later, the clinic rescheduled my appointment twice saying Dr. Nakhoda was unavailable. This led to a delay of 2 weeks. When I actually went for the appointment Dr. Nakhoda did not even see me; some other junior doctor did. Quite rude and unprofessional.

Extremely happy with my results from the treatment! The staff were all extremely helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Dr. Nakhoda is awesome, and wonderful to talk. Skin issues are diagnosed properly and her cream does wonders. The pain treatment therapy has been great for my parents, the body contour works, the hydro facial leaves a glow and removes blackheads. Definitely coming back again for my hair remodel.

Had my soprano laser done with Sadaf! It was an amazing experience, Sadaf is very competent and does the treatments with care and patient comfort as the main priority. Dr Nakhoda always has the latest technology and the results speak for themselves. If I could give no star I would do that I don't even want to select one star for this silly clinic and silly so called doctor who is only misguiding everyone to make more money. She did botox treatment for me and it did not work, the lines did not go away, I had to go back 4 times. after 2nd time she said you have to pay again, whereas she was not using any botox at all, she was just pricking needle into my face. in addition to that she said I need to do fillers and another therapy course of a treatment she was suggesting using one of the machines at their clinic which would again cost too much otherwise as far as she was concerned the botox is not going to do the job. I went to another doctor and simple did the botox as I always used to before in my other city, worked on the first treatment. So this means she has no care for patients and is just counting money and trying to not give anything back and pushing and manupulating the customers to take on more treatments in order to pay more and more. Shame on such people calling themselves doctors and only minting money and defrauding unsuspecting patients who are actually their customers only.

VERY UNRELIABLE and full of endless excuses. Don’t go. Absolutely disappointed with their laser hair removal service. Since August 19th been hearing the same excuse of a malfunctioned machine and told to wait. I am delayed on my treatment. Their staff is not helpful and the kind of ethic they have is to just tell tale on each other rather than find a solution to an issue. UNPROFESSIONAL, sad to see such terrible medical service in Pakistan.

There are better clinics which are far more professional which will take less money and give you better service.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tasneem for several years now, and over the last three months, I've invested nearly 250,000 rupees in treatments at your clinic. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a significant burn due to the numbing cream applied to my side lips and chin during an Ultraformer procedure. Today, when I came in for a Soprano session, I couldn't have the laser treatment on my chin and upper lips because of the recent burn. Given the circumstances, I politely asked if it would be possible to receive a discount on the Soprano session, considering I couldn't have it on my upper lip and lip side and chin due to the recent burn caused by the numbing cream applied before the Ultraformer treatment last week. However, I was disappointed by the way Ms. Sadaf responded to my request. When I explained my situation and asked about the possibility of a discount, she replied dismissively by saying, "But the burn is not because of me." I responded by pointing out that the burn was a result of the staff's actions here, as it was caused by the numbing cream. In return, she retorted with, "If you want a discount, just say so." This exchange left me dissatisfied, as it did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect in such a situation.
