This was apparently a very good spa at one time and I was a regular customer but after this last experience I doubt I would ever want to try it again. The prices have increased, I understand but if the quality also goes down it is not a very good state to be in. Customer service has also gone low, and so has the staff. The washrooms have broken showers which is very low not to maintain. There is fungus all over the washrooms, dont really know if it is sanitized properly or not, the bottles of the body wash is also empty. Being a Google guide, I usually prefer praising my visited places but I had to be honest due to my expectations not being met. mostly due to customer service, below the mark housekeeping (pics attached) and ended the massage 20mins before the time. A small tip for people who want to catch that, play a video that is for 60 or 90 minutes on your mobile, and it should end at the same time. If not you have your valid stance with proof.

They are one of the finest service provider and had a certified staff who work there amazingly. They are really hardworking and serve with the best. Feeling so much relax while taking their services. Environment is soo much calm. Using quality products with giving extra care. Their owner Is a great lady as well. I went there for SPA service with my cousin and he took Spa service. It was good at the beginning but later on she moved Towel in a way that my secret were visible to staff while she was massaging my foots. I thought, this is a professional spa and everything would be hidden but when I went there, the beginning was good, while I believe that she had seen my secret. I would recommend them to provide disposable Underwear /shorts to boys so that it could respect their modesty

Went for Couple's Massage. My masseuse missed my right-back & head completely, the room seemed tight for them move around. My bed also did not have a head-rest, so I was on the side of my head the entire time. My biggest issue however, as a first-timer, was not getting any assistance or endorsement from the establishment itself as to the service that I wished to have. Half-way through our session, my husband's MASSEUSE had to tell us there were further services we could have experienced -- the lady and man at the counter stood in silence and only said "Payment", even AFTER asking them for a brochure or packages. They put us in a tight room with a Jacuzzi we won't be using because it wasn't part of our package. I would have been willing to spend more for a comprehensive experience, but if the people manning the establishment was not interested in selling me their products, then that's a loss on their part.

I recently visited Oxygen Spa for the second time after a gap of four years, hoping for a better experience than my previous visit. Unfortunately, I left even more disappointed this time around. The overall atmosphere and service fell short of my expectations, making it difficult for me to recommend this spa to others. Upon arrival, the receptionist did not make me feel welcome. The lack of warmth and friendliness was off-putting from the start. After making my payment, I was directed to the third floor, where I found the rooms to be run-down and in dire need of maintenance. This created a negative first impression that carried through the rest of my visit. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of attention to cleanliness and sanitation. The towels provided did not have a fresh or clean scent, raising doubts about their hygiene. Moreover, the cleanup process after the previous client seemed inadequate. I believe that Oxygen Spa needs to prioritize and improve their sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for their customers. Moving on to the massage itself, it was far below par. Considering the high price tag, I expected a skilled and experienced masseuse who could deliver a therapeutic experience. Unfortunately, it seemed like the masseuse lacked the necessary qualifications or expertise. Even if she was qualified, she did not apply any significant pressure during the massage, rendering it ineffective and disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected a much better and more professional service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Oxygen Spa based on my recent experience. The unwelcoming reception, run-down rooms, inadequate cleanliness, and below-par massage all contributed to my overall disappointment. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

This was my first time coming here for a massage and I absolutely loved the experience! Such a nice place quite and relaxed. Staff is really professional. I did a 60 min but will treat myself to 90 min next time. Definitely Recommend! 🙂

One of the managers or workers was smoking in the SPA treatment room. I saw her walk out with a cigarette while I was waiting for it to be vacated. The massage itself was weak and felt like it was being done by someone who was still getting to grips with it (i.e. still learning how to massage) - didn't really cover the pressure points well. Staff were not that friendly either...no one seems to smile there...they are pretty much doing it as a chore. Easily the worst massage I've ever had.

Annie and Naveen are both amazing therapists. Their technique when it comes to Thai and aromatherapy really helped with the pain I have as a result of thoracic surgeries and motor vehicle accidents. The sauna too is clean and extremely detoxifying after a massage. I recently tried the jacuzzi and it was just fabulous. The water temperature and the pressure were ideal. I think it was Muneer who had helped with setting the jacuzzi up so kudos to him for doing a great job. The shower rooms are clean, the water pressure is good and I can easily switch between cold and hot water. Setting up appointments and asking administrative questions is super easy as well as Christina and Salman are both competent workers. I've already referred lots of people to Oxygen who too have spoken highly of this place. Keep it up.

Horrible service. Went yesterday for foot reflexology and asked for Asian staff. They said none were available and that I should make an appointment in advance. Today I made appointment. When I went there they made me wait for good 10-15 mins which kills the purpose of taking an appointment. Then on my repetitive reminders they gave me local staff. Then I had to remind I wanted Asian staff. Then more waiting n they gave me Asian staff. She took me to a room which was pretty unhygienic, wash basin had filth and dirty water clogged in it. Floor was dirty AF. And the masseuse was told to give me a massage instead of a bloody foot reflexology. I was so put off by every bloody thing that I just walked out. Never ever going back there again and never recommending to anyone. Pathetic management and service.

Made us wait 20 mins though we had an appointment and came on time. The massage would’ve made the wait worth it but it was bad. Barely felt the pressure, it felt like they were just touching and moving on. They didn’t massage the pressure points and just kept on oiling me. I recently visited oxygen spa hoping to feel relaxed and fresh after long tiredness. But the experience was very pathetic. Staff looks like Maasis (fakirnes). Always asking for tip, unprofessional behavior. Unprofessional techniques. My masoos tried to charge me for a complementary service. If you won't to get a message it's better to buy a massage gun then go to oxygen spa.

Used to be excellent. But I don't go there anymore because of "offers" from messuse halfway in the massage. Once you decline, quality of massage goes down drastically. Hope it gets back to same standard

Really over rated. Pedicure was really bad. I won't recommend it. Did a real quick job. Totally unacceptable. Not recommended. For a pedicure I would recommend NailX. Although the ambiance at NailX is quite poor but they do an excellent job.

Hi there, went Oxygen Spa first time for Massage. I was given local staff. Her name was I guess Miss Humaira. She was quite good and very professional. Knows how to give good massage. Besides that I found room quite clean, towels were all crisp and tidy. Price was bit high, but matches the quality of massage and covering operational cost of the establishment. really liked the place.

I was regular customer of oxygen spa .. but my today's visit is last .. very pathetic service.. their services are drain time by time .. very unprofessional staff .. when i complaint to reception person he totally denied to transfer my appointment .. owner should keep check and balance himself .. i will never recommend this place to anyone..

I had heard of this spa but visited for the first time and had a good massage experience. The price was affordable for 1hr and the therapist Imtiaz was great with a good technique and help relieve knots. The room was comfy and quiet and I also checked out some of the clothing and there is also a hair salon. I would recommend this place.

I have visited Oxygen Spa many times previously for Massage, the first experience was great but after that when I visited again the attitude of the staff was very irritable towards me and despite mentioning to the masseuse that I had a back injury they ignored and kept on pressing it, I felt disrespected and wanted to complain to the receptionist but it was getting late and Oxygenated Spa was about to be closed! I hope that the management looks into this and improves their services

Unfortunately it was one of the worst Thai massages I have ever had for which I wasted Rs10,500. Their local staff has been trained on just the basics of stretching, there is no etiquete of asking the client about pressure hard/medium/soft, no information is asked if client has any specific points that need to be worked on or which are problem areas like back, shoulders, neck etc. The basement room I was in had loud music which I had to ask the lady to turn down, creaking massage table and the lady stands on you while holding on to the ceiling of the room as there are no bars to provide her support to move around. As a result the massues feet slip around causing you excruciating pain on calf muscles or shoulder blades. In Urdu language they say “oonchi dukaan pheeka pakwan” meaning all that glitters is not gold. That is at least what my experience was at Oxygen spa. To add salt to the wounds, the receptionist asked me post massage how it was so I told her that since she has asked for feedback then I will provide her my input. All she said was “I am sorry”, other than that as a typical business with no concept of customer care she had no other solution. So sad Rs 10,500 flushed down the drain.

I had the oxygen signature massage from a Thai masseuse called June. Its the best massage i ever had. She knows all the trigger points, which helps me to relax. No hanky panky, pure professionalism. Will go again

Got the couples package for 28k pkr. Decent experience overall, but this depends a lot on which service provider you are lucky enough to get. My massage was better than my wife’s who did not enjoy her masseuse. The couples room in the basement needs an upgrade with the back wall paint completely chipped off. They can make the service better by ensuring small things like having bath robes ready for both of us and not just one, as well as decreasing our wait time. We waited 45 mins from our appointment time for our services to start. Also, the massage and scrub time, in the package stated as 60 and 20 mins respectively was not adhered too. It was more like 50 and 10. I was hoping these things wouldn’t be an issue given the high price tag associated with the service, I also left feedback with the receptionist, who just apologized and did not try to make up for their misgivings.

Session went well until the therapist asked”Sir aap happy ending latain ha?”. Also bath room needs small renovation due to fungus.

Outstanding massage by a very gentle Thai lady called Joy, among the best I've ever had. Very professional, she basically used her arms, forearms, elbows and knees, she exercised the right amount of pressure thru and thru, and no hanky panky stuff, not even an attempt to. My back feels new again, thank you. The place is quiet and pleasant.

My experience was similar to that of other users. I had a massage with a national masseuse about 2 weeks ago. The quality of massage was below average and not in par with the price tag, but that was expectable, so no surprise there. Half way into the service the masseuse asked if I wanted oil "there" in exchange of 5,000 PKR. She then gave me the rest of her price list, 10,000 for a happy ending and 15,000 if done rubbing her 🫐s against my 🥒. She was quite aggressive during the "negotiation" process, showing me the fist a couple of times, it was all very comical, really 🤣🤣🤣. I, of course, declined. I might go back to get a real massage with one of the Asian masseuses next time I'm in Karachi. The infrastructure is a bit shabby and dated but not bad.

Today, our experience at an oxygen spa was extremely disappointing. Despite informing them about specific areas of pain, the service was subpar. I am a regular customer.But my last visit was very disappointing. I asked the receptionist for room with headrest because of my neck pain and i did ask him once before too. He made sure that the room was with headrest but when i reached at my room the masseuse told me that the room with headrest has been taken and we only have this room available through my whole massage i was uncomfortable. The massuese tried hard to make me comfortable but the pain in my traps due to no proper head support was killing me inside. I didn't enjoy a single minute. I was just waiting for the session to end. On my wayout the lift stop working. The massuese and i were stuck so we had to go to showers on 2nd floor hy stairs. A very bad experience that wasn't expected from a great place like oxygen. On my wayout i told the receptionist about it. He totally ignored me as i had not paid for the service and told me that we will look into it next time. I said seriously call the manager or something.His response was not satisfactory. So, i had to walk away.
