Very small place to display products. As a baby products shop they should have space and safety for the pregnant mother's and babies. The stair is narrow that 2 persons cannot pass at one time. The lift is also cramp and slow. Staff has no knowledge of product. The discount offer on products were dirty and looked used ones. Getting parking is another hassle. Very dispainted.

Updated Review - 14 Nov 2020 Im updating my review , after little struggle i emailed to Zubaidas and Tinnies company.. but only received response from Zubaidas Bahadurabad branch- Mr. Abdul Wasay responded email and took quick action and get the baby cot fixed on urgent basis the very next day inspite of Weekend Saturday. Although i purchased cot from Do Talwar branch but only received positive response from Bahadurabad branch. Thanks alot.. appreciated ur services and updated my ratings from 2 stars to 5stars. Review posted on 13 Nov 2020 im trying to adjust bed size.. not able to.. now contacting Zubaidas Do Talwar branch.. unfortunately since 5days no one responded.. Today after contacting so many persons.. im getting responsr that other branches are different.. Do Talwar zubaidas management different and they Cannot give us services.. I purchased under Zubaidas name.. never thought it will be a big bhassel to get after Sales services.. Can someone please support..
