Sajid
Qaiser
MD
is
a
graduate
of
Dow
Medical
College.
Dr
Qaiser
declares
intentionality
is
NOT
required
to
substantiate
the
diagnosis
of
suicide!
He
further
declares
that
when/if
toxicology
report
demonstrates
2
chemical
substances
in
the
blood
of
a
deceased
person,
that
is
sufficient
for
declaring
cause
of
death
to
have
been
suicide!
Further,
Dr
Qaiser
is
not
willing
to
provide
his
personal
(or
professional)
definition
of
suicide
and
refuses
to
meet
with
concerned
family
of
the
deceased
to
even
discuss
how
he
reached
his
conclusion,
indicating
they
have
no
reason
to
question
his
knowledge!
I
write
this
review
as
a
father
and
as
a
practicing
physician
of
over
55
years!
IF
Dr
Qaiser
was
taught
at
Dow
Medical
College
that
the
intention
to
take
one‘s
own
life
is
NOT
required
to
diagnose
suicide,
then
perhaps
it
would
be
a
novel
idea
to
brush
up
on
the
definition
of
suicide!
Respectfully
submitted,
Denny
Ragsdale
MD
Addendum:
Every
Medical
examiner
interviewed
to
date,
unanimously
concur
that
a
toxicology
report
cannot
make
a
diagnosis!
It
can
only
be
used
to
support
the
probable
cause
of
death,
but
cannot
prove
if
the
deceased
took
the
lethal
dose
of
chemical(s)
willingly
or
intentionally!
The
toxicology
report
also
cannot
prove
the
deceased
had
knowledge
of
what
he/she
was
taking!
