Men's area timing is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning and 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the evening. Ladies timing from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    undoubtedly One of the most Luxurious Health & Fitness club in the heart of Karachi. They have latest gym equipment and very friendly staff, Trainers & management. Highly Recommended!
