Best travel agency in town. Outclass service. It seems to me like im in abroad. What a environment. And surprisingly. Staff is very professional and educated. I'd recommend if they have a detail and updated information regarding visa requirements on their online portal.

Disappointing service at the Forum office, after meeting for the first time with a consultant called Shahzeb and taking all details, I went again to discuss with the same consultant and the receptionist came back after 5 minutes saying Shahzeb is busy, you need to wait for 10-15 mins, my question is busy with what...since I am the customer sitting at reception, as a consultant is he making financial statements for the company or providing IT support? I decided to leave, the company lost a customer who works in an office in the same building, pathetic!!!
