Pathetic service with incompetent people working there!!! Make sure to check everything responsibly because these people will do everything to ruin your application. They will do mistakes in name spellings or date of birth while doing biometrics which will create errors in your main application and then obviously you would need to clean the mess created by them. Their systems are mostly down and when system starts working so their inefficient and irresponsible people and office make silly mistakes!!

Hi, I am sharing my experience with this VFS. I applied on 18th July 2022 and my decision was made on 15th September 2022 and i got rejection, well rejection is not my concern, then I have been waited for like 3 weeks for passport collection mail but there is no mail from their side, then I myself visited the VFS and ask them to check my passport please they said your passport is not here please come when you got mail, I said I need my passport I have to give it to my office for the official trip, they said sorry and again told me to visit after mail. Guys, its 23 Nov 2022 I am posting my review and I still not get any passport collection mail and my passport as well. So basically today i am gonna visit again and ask them to check manually in their passport storage area, If my passport still not their then I am gonna file FIR of my passport misplace on this bad company. Bad service, bad customer care.

Overall good services as tried first time for any visa related matters. The building is widely open and well maintained. Security seemed fine as well. VFS team was supportive and courteous. Cleanliness was par excellence. The only problem is that they don't allow phones inside. The mode of payment is only Cash which is also a problem. They do have an ATM machine at the ground floor and on the road nearby.

Worst staff working there, and its nearly impossible to book online appointment these days. Any official representative from Schengen countries can check the status and performance please. People from Pakistan loosing money in the name of Visa but the staff probably do not submit entire documents and most frequent travelers getting refusal. Kindly look on the booking system asap. Thanks

I have applied for visa a long time ago and I payed for courier service. But now I want to cancel it. I contacted them through email and phone and it has been more than 2 weeks, they have stop responding and are not cancelling the service. After charging me 100GBP for biometric, I don't expect this kind of pathetic service from their side. Worst customer service.

I visited this place a week ago for my study visa application , The vfs office for italy is at the 4th floor. Wear masks these days otherwise you will not be allowed to go inside and bags are not allowed.

absolutely pathetic. one of the worst encounter.. is that really 3rd party contract. worst telephone service. is that a deliberate effort to treat local people like this.

Very unprofessional & unhelpful staff. They will take your money but and try to sell you things it’s definitely not worth paying extra for any “premium” service. Absolutely shambles, no system in place for managing queues, they make you wait hours and people who came after you get seen before you, disgraceful company.

This third party entity should not be the ones to collect our passports and do all these procedures. It should be the British High command the ones to collect and give back the passports. Its been almost 2 months that i havent got any response for my visa and passport still at the embassy. Whenever I contact them their only response is that we dont have a say in the matter and thats it.

Visa Service of Gerry's of different countries are very easy and comfortable environment. Camera, mobile phone and bags etc are not allowed in the Gerry's offices. Dealing of Visa fees and other Currency notes are not acceptable older notes beyond 2012, wear and tear even no any single odd dot and spots accepted here. So please bring neat and clean currency notes.

They have organized and arranged everything for the customers pretty nicely . Everyone does get there turn on time and the while process from reception till biometric is sound and smooth. Overall, a brilliant setup for visa applications.

Never apply for VFS GLOBAL PASSPORT COURIER SERVICE. Very poor and pathetic response. They will charge you 3000 pkr, all will go in vain. My passport has been dispatched 7 days ago, still has not been at my home address, i have been calling and asking them, yet they have not provided any tracking number to me.

VFS Global Visa Applicant Center is located on the 4th floor of Bahria Complex, not specifically of Italy but Canada and other countries too.

No place for ppl to sit :@ and staff doesn't where is washroom for women.. staff is very ill mannered!

pathetic phone service. Have been trying to reach them karachi number from overseas regarding VLN number issue, but the phone recording does not proceed ahead and its stuck on press 1 for urdu etc. alternatively tried to reach out to them via 0900 and it doesn't seem working from overseas. emailed them already but no response either. very much disappointed!!!

My appointment time is 10:00 AM now it's 11:00 AM but still they don't now how much it will take ... Even the person whom i have to submit my documents is not available in the office. Worst experience.

This is shameful that the embassies have involved these third party companies to handle visa and attestation of documents. Firstly they are charging a lot, e.g. for a non criminal record, my friend paid 6000 that was only 1000 a month ago by the embassy. Secondly their customer service is non professional and ill mannered. They don't have any lockers and would instruct rudely to put your bag in any corner on your responsibility. If you are scared of my bag then I am also scared that someone's gonna take it. The woman at the reception says; just leave your bag because it's not allowed and if someone takes it, we are not responsible. Yes you are ill mannered. The people instead of giving them 5 stars and if for them that's not a problem being treated like the way this third party does, can ignore this review whereas the other ones should write the embassies to provide services directly just like they do in other countries. It's an insult for the citizens where such third parties exist.
