I visited their Sales Office a couple of weeks ago where I was attended by Mr. Fahad Jamal. I was with my family and I asked him whether he could give me a tour of the site. His refusal was not as upsetting as his attitude was. There is a an eagerness you expect when you meet a salesperson. A will to help. These were absent in the office. Although I told him I am here just to get a taste of the project, how is the neighbourhood like, construction progress, etc. But still he asked me all types of premature questions like, "what is your budget?" Which project are you interested in? "I can't show you the site unless I have your clear intent that you will buy," "We need token before we show model flat," etc. I mean how impolite and absurd can you get. I wasn't even offered a seat to sit. The project could be the best project ever. Perhaps I will never know for sure. By this review I expect to the management to take action and ensure their staff's appropriate behaviour to wards potential clients. Arrogance isn't going to help anyone.

13June2022: Visited for the first time seeking membership for our premium, the Diplomatic Business Club, Karachi. The concerned entrepreneur didn't take more than 15 minutes to give his consent, ma sha Allah. The office is really impressive, bustling with life. The perfume will behold you to force more time inside the building. The cafe serves you hot and cold beverages. However, some modern entrepreneurs believe the blind Investment in real estate of Pakistan is senseless as the rental income is negligible. The regular increase in prices is only because of lack of research habit and general tendency of avoiding to approach experts, who will rather propose the manufacturing sector and Shares market that will bring better income for investors as well as the economy. Wheel chair dedicated parking, entrance in the residential towers. Highly secured and guarded livable place. Very expensive but worth it. If you can afford it should live here

The feel inside the office is great. Ample of parking outside. Project has taken shape and already families have started to live in. They are bringing the same concept of Dubai Marina.

All fake 5 star reviews. This is a subpar project with quality issues. I would not give them a penny for condos with water leaks, ventilation, plumbing, and repair issues

Good place, even for sports events.

Response from customer care was slow and unsatisfactory.Have completed full payment in March 2021.Was to be handed over flat in a month.Now it is August 2021 and still not sure of hand over.Sad show.
