Always to go place for ice cream We had the freshly baked brownie with ice cream its enough for 3 people at least.

Enjoyed our experience here, the service was quick, the staff was friendly and professional and ambiance was very tasteful. The dessert was very good, the brownies were fresh and the icecream was delicious. Will be back. Highly recomend this place.

Long running great place for ice cream and comic fans. However, the experience of not accepting credit card is not good. In this day and age they proudly put up a notice. CREDIT CARDS MACHINE OUT OF ORDER.

Outrageously overpriced. Their pricing is devious. If the management had a ounce of honesty, they would mention the volume of the ice cream or shakes in the menu. Please have a look at the attached image for the quantity of shake Rs. 630 (minus Rs. 81 GST) buys you at Hotspot Karachi. Btw, for the same price, they give more volume in Islamabad. Last time I ever order anything from them again.

They don't have a bathroom for their full time staff (forget the public) which is a basic human necessity and responsibility of the employer. Aside from that appalling fact, their Colombian shake, super sonic fudge sundae, and ice creams are great. There are stairs at the entrance and stairs to the basement seating. Therefore inaccessible for persons with disabilities.

The ambiance was lovely, place was clean and tidy. Very polite and welcoming staff. We ordered 3 lava cakes with different ice cream flavors, brownie with ice cream and nut cracker ice cream. Out of all of them, the brownie with vanilla ice cream took the lead. The brownie was soft and delicious and tasted fantastic with vanilla ice cream. The other ones were alright, not bad at all. Overall a great experience.

Undoubtedly the place for ice cream. A Legrnd in itself, It all started from a house in f6, Islamabad and has taken Isloo and then Lahore and Karachi by storm. Relocated to a better location now in DHA, KARACHI.....The signature Ice cream, music, ambiance ...... You will get everything. The place is clean, and the folks that work here are really nice. I would recommend checking this place out.

Our experience was very bad. Most of the ice creams tasted bad and were probably expired. We will definitely not visit again.

An amazing adventure to the hotspot cafe it was worth the time and money. The dessert are just out of this world and there ice creams are just too good that you will forget the taste of any other ice cream parlor. The mixture of brownies and waffles with ice creams makes the dessert an amazing combo. Definitely going again as this was worth the money and time. Definitely recommend to visit this with your family and friends.

All the flavours we had very just similar with no significant taste difference. The chocolate oreo and coffee had freezer burn. Expensive and taste less ice cream. We all have such amazing memories with this place and last few visit have been a disaster. Very disappointed

mint chocolate chip was not green like it usually is but definitely the BEST mint chocolate chip I've ever had with huge chunks of chocolate!

The cafe itself is still the old place but the icecream is too good. Good serving size. For some it may be expensive. But the size of scoop n the taste of ice cream makes it all worth it.
